Indeed it does, I have made a habit of not adding in my green veggies for about a week now. I guess I should prolly start back. On a better note today was my "cheat meal" after legs I had steak, hush puppies,shrimp and rice gumbo,a few fried shrimp, and for desert of course ice cream. Haha absolutely amazing. After dieting for awhile now I have recently been implementing carbs back in the diet. A bit of fruit in the morning with breakfast then later in the day I do intra/post workout carbs. Doing slightly under 1g per pound but energy levels are up and I'm making gains. Only one cheat a week, seems to be working great.
