I have read several post where people take there SD once in the morning, and then once at night (12Hrs apart ) and I have read where people take them all at the same time, and I have read where people take them on an empty stomach and some take it on a full stomach.
On my last cycle, I took one in the morning at about 7AM and then I would take my 2nd one about 1 hr before I worked out which was at about 4 or 5 PM. Then I would work out. I got good gains like this, But I am just curious if there is any method to the maddness as to when you should take it. Or if you should take it on a empty stomach or not .
To me, it seems that you would want to take it about an hr or so before you do your workout. Is this right or wrong. I know alot of peoples bodys react different, But I figured I would ask what you all are doing, or what you prefer or recommend.

Some people take it with peanut butter or something that has good fat, in order to help with their lipids. The plan you have of taking it in the morning and then at 4 or 5 is just fine.
 
Ideally, you should spread dosages out throughout the day. I believe the half life is something like 12-16 hours, who knows for sure. I would say anywhere from 7-10 hours spread apart should be optimal. Also, each dose should be taken with good fats or even a meal containing good fats.
