I just want to personally thank NP for having such great customer service. My last order had a small mix-up and i was given the wrong product. I notified NP of the mix up and they quickly replied with an apology and a tracking number for the correct product that they had shipped to fix the situation. They also told me to keep what they shipped to me on mistake. Nothing but great experiences with these guys.

i like it when people are surprised at how good np is, it keeps me from taking it for granted. i still have nightmares about a certain other website that went to hell in a handbasket.
