Yesterday I experimented with a training style I just recently read about, escalating density training, anyone heard of it? It was on of the hardest 30 min of my life. I literally felt more worked than my typical bodybuilding workouts that take generally an hour and 15 min and thats not even including cardio. Im thinking about completely adopting this training style, I love it, , my muscles feel extremely worked and myheart was zinging the whole time, not only that itonly took 30 min, broke down into 2 work zones both 15 min all out sessions. Maximize my gym training in half the time. Anyone ever tried it?
