There use to be questions on here about JW so i figured id put them to rest w/ a log. I have taken the stuff before and it worked very good. Hopefully this time it will work just as good. I know a guy who works for ALR and he hooked me up. I will be doing the natural ohio on April 4th and will be starting my prep in about 2 weeks. I started jw yesterday, so here we go!!:thumbsup:
 
there were talks of it being a mild ph...id be careful if you doing a natural contest man. something to look into
 
Day one showed no obvious signs of use. I took two caps on monday and three yesterday. I just took my 1st cap about 2 hrs ago, and will wait till 3pm for my second. Nothing considerable has changed w/in mybody that i can tell. I normally go about 7 hrs between caps.

There is mad speculation but i have the inside on the supplement, and it is clean. I have competed on it before, and the rep who gave me the supp just won his natural pro card card and took the supp up to one week out and passed all testing. Iwill be off of the supp at least 2 months before i compete, and it is an unbanned substance in the NPC (Natural NPC shows) and all other natural orgs up to this point.
 
As far as jw goes it does nothing to add test to your body. Its purpose is to free the bound test in your body, so in essence it is allowing your body to utilize the testosterone you already have.

Yesterday was my day off, and much needed. Might be commign down w a little sinus infection. Got some nasal spray and some zinc tablets. SHould be good to go, and feeling much better today!

OK so i talked to a rep from the company last night and he said that JW may have a very small effect on the liver, but liver support is not needed in all cases. My suggestion...take liver support just incase

as far as the jw goes im feeling a bit harder now on day 5. nothing to serious yet.
 
i off loaded 2 bottles to a buddy. he seems to be responding well to it. Think hes going to chuck in BAM half way.
 
As far as BAM goes, i didnt responed the way i thought i was going to either. It was ok for the first 2 weeks then tailed off actually. I am overlapping the jw and BAM, but i started w/ BAM and an following it up- w/ JW. Week 2 on the JW and im seeing big time results after my workouts. My pumps are mind boggling and im seeing muscle formations in my upper chest i dont think i have seen before. Other than the crazy pumps i havent noticed a huge difference. Maybe a little more full overall.

Log over due to update i know. Sorry all. The JW is going better than i anticipated. I am seeing better gains out of it than what i did w/ Epistane, or bad ass mass. I am becomming harder, and feel as tho i am still making very small gains. Stregnth is up as well and i have been dieting for 4 weeks now. I will start my contest pre diet january 2nd, but as of right now i am liking what i am seeing. I am doing a 2 on 2 off split this week. Legs tomorrow and chest saturday.

nice keep it up, how do you dose JW ? say if you were to take 3caps ..split them through out the day or pre workout ?
