wait if i took cellmass before w/o wouldn't i just use it up during the w/o because your supposed to take it after w/o?

Yes, some people have used it as part of a PCT and some use it as a bridge.


as far as fish oil, I take 3 gels a day, plus 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil and or flax seed oil- flaxseed oil is better than the caps.

Primed is plenty before a workout, it has a very good NO in it, adding another NO would be overkill and is not needed.
 
Jabaha: Not to be disrespectful, but do you really think your ready for a cycle of Superdrol if you can't find out where to get flaxseed oil? Come on buddy, do a little bit of research.

You can get this at any health food store or at any online retailer that sells supplements.

I take 2 capsules special tactics 2 times a day, a bottle lasts for one month.
 
i know where to get the softgels but i have searched walmart, target, wallgreens and i could not find flaxseed oil. I just kidding about the superdrol just ignore that post i dont even know why i said that...o well.

I take special tactics with breakfast and dinner.

Im not sure if you have a Krogers grocery store but they have flaxseed oil. Like I said online retailers have it too. Do you have a Trader Joe"s store? Its a health food store, they have it too. Do you have a GNC ? Im sure they have it !

The half life of JW is 8 hours, you just do not want to take them too close together and then have an extended period where you have none in your system.
 
Well right now i'm taking my first JW at 10:00-10:30 A.M. and then i take my second JW at 2:30 P.M. and then i take my third JW at around 9:00-9:30 P.M.
 
Should i take one JW with a protein drink or my primed before w/o because my practice is 7:45 to 9:45 A.M. and then my second practice is at 5:30 to 8:30 P.M.
 
O and i also bought some CLA last night and i'm going to buy some flaxseed oil but do i need fish oil?

I think you should take the first cap of the day earlier yes, and the rest of them look fine!

good for you getting the cla! We take both fish oil caps 3 times a day and flax seed oil- 1 tbsp a day, and we get 1 tbsp a day of olive oil at dinner, either throw it in your food or drink straight, the combination of all the different omegas is very good for you!

Yes, you should take it when you wake up and have a protein drink or breakfast :)
 
You are spending a lot of money on supplements man, why don't you try to eat more foods that a rich in vitamins, and also try taking a lesser more pure supplement that is the basic ingredient like just the Arginine caps instead of NO-xplode.

Right now i am taking in 1 tbsp of flaxseed oil every time i have a protein drink. I am taking 3 tbsp of flaxseed oil everyday...is that okay or is that too much?
 
i weigh 192 lbs. right now and i dont know how many grams per serving because i use the flaxseed oil not the caps
 
I wouldn't say it's "too much" but supplements are never an answer to health (not saying you are an idiot and didn't know that already) but the answer to your question is it's not too much, but really make sure you are doing cardio that's the most important when you are looking to burn fat. Also make sure you are keeping up with a healthy diet. Like I said anything you need man let me know I don't know everything and don't claim to but if i know I'll help you and if I don't I'll help you find an answer.

well fit do you think 3 tbsp of flaxseed oil is too much? Because i am just following the moderate bulking phase for 180but i added more to just like you told me and it says to take 3 tbsp of flaxseed oil.
 
2-3 tbsp sounds good jabaha. I'd have 1 with breakfast, 1 post workout and 1 before bed just to have it spread out.

Like I said I also take fish oil caps, olive oil, flax seed oil, so if you are taking all 3 then yes, thats too much.

If you are also taking olive oil use 2 tbsp of flaxseed oil ok!

if you are also taking fish oil caps (3) a day, and 1 tbsp of olive oil, then also take 1 tbsp of flax seed oil.

if you are taking nothing else in the form of omegas, yes use 3 times a day, but I do recomment at least one of the other sources.

I hope that makes sense!!
 
I have only had 2 tbsp of flaxseed oil today so i will use olive oil tonight. I need to go get some fish oil tonight!

Oh Good my man!!!! :D I dont know if you have a Sam's club, its a wholesale grocery store, they have fish oil real cheap in the caps. Shop around!
 
I am trying to lose most my fat in the lower ab area. I know cardio helps with making fat dissappear but how long does it take to lose that gut area?

treadmill on a 15 degree incline for 30 minutes 4 times a week will help that go away alot faster than diet alone! May take a couple months of hard work though.

Actually my trainer has me doing them every workout, so 4 days a week. I work them hard during those times too. Your abs do get worked during several other exercises as well. But they do need a little rest.

For the lower ab area which you are working on, try doing some hanging leg raises, they are killer but work really well!
 
Sorry its been a while since i have posted anything but so far i have noticed that my JW is working well and i am still taking 3 capsules a day.
