speedyreedy5 said:I wouldn't say it's "too much" but supplements are never an answer to health (not saying you are an idiot and didn't know that already) but the answer to your question is it's not too much, but really make sure you are doing cardio that's the most important when you are looking to burn fat. Also make sure you are keeping up with a healthy diet.
