Jungle Warfare & AAPF drug test?

I'm going to be competing in an AAPF powerlifting meet soon. The only things I'm taking outside of protein and creatine are cAMP and jungle warefare. A friend expressed concern that the Jungle Warefare would make him fail a drug test and now I'm worried too. I did some searching but nothing definitive. ALRI wouldn't say much -they just said "probably not".

Any more info?

Thanks

JW contains a metabolite of ATD I believe, and ATD has been shown to cause positive test results for boldenone so I would stay away from it if you are getting read to compete.

Crap! How fast do you think it'd be out of my system? I have only taken the recommended dosage for 3 days. Comp is in 7 more days.

I know a person that was on Jungle Warfare and competed AAPF in Colorado two weeks ago... he got piss tested and was fine

Actually, thats not true. I just talked to my buddy and he said he just hasn't gotten the test results back yet. He's actually pretty sure he's gonna fail it.

Since I am the one who would get your email if you did send it to customer service, Im sure you got more than " Probably not"

We tell everyone to check with their governing agency on the testing, and that if you are concerned to stop the use of JW or like product at least 4 weeks out from testing. Please tell me who you spoke with.

Prolly too late but Jungle Warfare WILL MAKE YOU FAIL AN AAPF DRUG TEST. Friend of mine failed his latest test and is now banned from the AAPF. I know for fact he was only on Warfare and trib and has been very proud of being a lifetime drug free lifter... he's banned now.

hmmm, something smells very fishy here. Please tell me what exactly was the criteria of the test with levels and which one(s) he failed and what his levels were.
thanks in advance

He's pretty bummed out and is only talking to his closest training partners about it (which isnt me). I'll drop him a line this weekend and if he feels like talking about it, I'll try to get him to get in touch with you.

There is nothing fishy at all. I would bet he failed for boldenone, just like I said. The OCB/IFPA ran some tests and this is what ATD causes a positive test for. Tough break.

GFH, I'm sorry to hear this news about your friend. I guess anyting is possible in a tested event. His test to estrogen levels may have been out of the "acceptable" range. Although, and I'm not trying to be an ass here, really I'm not, if your friend knew it was a tested event and he is natural, why would he use JW? It is a performance enhancing supplement and that in itself it against the rules.
Please do tell your friend to get in contact with me if possible, I'd like to talk with him.
thanks

Not to sound like a jerk myself but these statements are false on a couple of levels. They do not test the test to estrogen ratio. They test for the T:E ratio meaning test to epitest (an isomer of test) ratio. If JW increases endogenous test levels then he would not have failed based on the T:E ratio but probably failed because of the ATD metabolites themselves. Also, creatine is a performance enhancing supplement and it is not banned; the statement that all performance enhancing supps are banned is wrong.

Ive said it many times, for those who are doing research anyway, that if you are doing a drug tested event, stop taking JW or products like that one month out. There would be nothing to find in the tests then as your levels return to normal in two weeks, I say a month to be 100% sure. So the guy who used a product without asking questions has learned an important lesson.
