Alright I know this is talked about alot, but usually its in the middle of other conversations. So I thought I'd make a poll to see what everyones opinion is on "jump starting" cycles.
--We are going to assume it is for a bulking cycle, where diet, training etc are in check.
--We'll use the example of a basic trans 1-test/4ad 4,6 or 8 weeker (though it could apply to others).
--and we'll assume we're talking about the jumpstart being 2 weeks (so if you think more or less is better specify).
--Keep in mind gains vs sides (not looking for no sides thats unrealistic, but rather is it worth it?)
--If you choose 'Other' please explain.
