My life is set up as such. I don't work (stay at home Dad) I know it's pretty sweet. My diet is clean. Protein shake (PES select) upon waking at 7:30 with some DAA and alphamine. Two hours later I have 4 eggs and a baked potato. For lunch I typically have 10-14 rice cakes and a couple chicken breasts. An hour before training I have some whole wheat bread with Polaner all fruit and some more alphamine. I have another shake post workout. Dinner is chicken or fish with brown rice or yams and a green veggie. Then I will have another shake or a chicken breast after dinner and I always get at least 8-9 hours of rest.
Supplements currently:
Fish oil
CLA
Multi-vit
PES erase
DAA
Alphamine
My training split is:
Chest
Back
Shoulders
Arms
Legs
abs every other day
30 minutes of slow steady state cardio after my lifts
My workouts usually last 1.5 hours including the cardio. I lift heavy, high intensity, low reps. I am very sore upon waking but it gradually subsides throughout the day and is gone completely come 3:30-4:00 (training time)
I haven't taken a rest day in 3 weeks. I have been lifting on and on for 10 years but have gotten serious for the last 10-11 months. I am currently cutting. I've lost 15lbs in the last 7 weeks and dropped bf from 18-15 in that time. What do you guys think?

Looks good but the bottom line is.. If it ain't broke don't fix it!! If you start to stall, throw in some hiit. What's your goal bf and or weight? What's your current calorie and macro count?

Thanks for the replay man. My goal is single digit body fat.
I am an ex life long fat guy. Actually weighed in at 325 at one point but I always lifted heavy (people used to ask me if I was a strongman) I had acute necrotizing pancreatitis 4 years ago and spent an extended period of time in the hospital, when I got out of the hospital I weighed 173 at what I would guess was around 40-45% body fat. I now have chronic pancreatitis but bodybuilding has helped me manage my symptoms better than any drug ever has with the added bonus of looking better.
Currently
250-300g carbs
200-250g protein
50g of fat or less (fat causes inflammation in my pancreas)

Well, you have definately had your issues and still deal with some. Sounds like you know your body pretty well and just keep doing what your doing. If you do stall, swap a few days of your cardio for hiit.. But start slow and work up, probably no more than 15-20 minutes? I just did 5 minutes yesterday at 1 minute run @ 9.5mph and 30 sec rest. 5 intervals like that and I was gassed.. I just got back on the cardio train and it sucks. Lol..
