AppNutJeff and Applied Nutriceuticals were nice enough to hook me up with a 25 serving mini bottle of UnCut to review for them. Just got settled in at school and everything so im gonna get it up and running. Im basically just going to update every workout day as detailed as I can. This is my first log on here so let me know if you guys have any suggestions on what to do/how to set up the log/what you want to see/etc.

As of now I just plan to update my log on workout days (which is the only days I'll be using the UnCut) beginning with tomorrows lower body 5/3/1 day. As mentioned, I have been following 5/3/1 for about 6-8 months now and I really like it so I'm going to stick with it for as long as I can push gains out of it. With that said, I am a part of a division 3 athletic team that randomly just decided they were going to make me start working out with the team. So therefore, I might have to put some of my 5/3/1 on hold and do whatever the hell the Athletic Departments Strength Coach has us doing. I am going to try and stick to 5/3/1 as much as I possibly can and I might hit my own gym once or twice a week on top of the MWF lifting we are going to be doing as a team. Just going to play it by feel based on what I feel I need. Really trying to hit legs as much as possible so if I dont feel like i'm getting ample leg work with his program I'll go hit another squat or dead session.

Alright. So day one tomorrow. Hope to have some of the knowledgeable people in for the ride for tips/suggestions. Sorry for the long post. Updates should be more abbreviated.

Workout 1: 5/3/1 Squats

Warmup sets 135x5 165x5 200x3
Working sets 235x3 265x3 300x8 = 375 *PR (since high school) (lost a lot freshman year of college, now a sr).
A1. BBB Squats 220x10x5
A2. Pull-ups 5 x max reps
B1. Reverse Hypers 3x10
B2. Ab Rollouts 3x10
note: I was squatting to a 8 inch box just tapping the box at parallel.

HIIT: 3 min warmup -> 6 intervals stationary bike 30s on / 90 s off -> 3 min cool down.

I felt amazing in the gym today. I listed a couple things i noticed after taking Uncut in my notes on my ipod. I noticed a nice little pick me up after about 15-20 minutes after i took it. Then when i got to the squat rack at the gym i was just in the zone, focused, and i usually have to fight through the core work at the end of leg day but today i had no problem making myself do it.

Overall after workout 1, i'm really looking forward to the rest of these workouts to hopefully get these benefits consistently from uncut. Im really hoping they stick around for the whole time.
 
Some good weight up there^ Did you dose just one cap or two? Uncut is not really what I consider "stim heavy" with 130Mg of caffeine per cap. Two is my sweet spot. I think you will notice the focus you will get will get better after a few workouts.
 
Great lifts today. Sounds like the mini bottle is going to last quite awhile. Glad you enjoyed your first dose
 
Im going to start dosing 2 caps. I just wanted to start with one to test it out. Im pretty stim tolerant (Just took 2 scoops alphamine+25 mg E) so i will see how 2 caps treats me tomorrow at my team lifting.
 
Yeah just know that the energy is supposed to be smooth and long lasting versus a hard kick in the butt.
 
Yea i understand that. Thats what i prefer anyway so thats fine by me!
 
Alright here goes 2 caps. Update when i get out of biochem after lifting.
 
Heres a picture of the workout we did. I didnt keep track of the weights for the snatch pulls but heres what i remember for everything else.

Started with med ball core work 2x10 for 3 exercises
A1. Snatch Pulls: 5x4
A2. Inc DB press: 55x10 65x10 70x10 (will start at 65 next time, im used to bb incline so i was unsure of where to start)
B1. Good Mornings: 135x6 145x6 155x6 175x6
B2. Standing DB Press 45x10x2 40x10
C1. Step ups (was running out of time before class so i had to hurry) 40lb DB each hand 3x5 per leg (will increase next time probably to 50s)
C2. Banded mountain climbers (didnt get to these)

Then we finished up with regular planks, side planks, and reverse planks all with a 45 lb plate.

Once again the focus and clean energy were there after about 15 minutes. I always love showing up and making a bunch of noise when everyone else is half asleep and everyone kept asking me what pre i took. I really didnt want to stop lifting and if i wouldnt of had to go to class i definitely wouldve stayed and added another set of step ups and possibly some Romanian Dls.

I might hit the gym tomorrow for some 5/3/1 OHD/Bench/Pullups/and Rows but ill keep you guys posted. I finally got into a routine i was liking and then these baseball workouts started up so i guess you guys are just gonna have to bear with me on the lack of organization in my routine right now.

I enjoyed 1 cap but 2 caps is definitely where its at for me. I feel like UnCut + Bronkaid would be awesome. I wont do it for this log but if i end up snagging some after this i will definitely stack the two. I <3 ECA. The focus was good with 1 cap but 2 caps is definitely my sweet spot for focus+stim.
 
we have a few guys at your bodyweight that will go to three caps. I've never added ephedrine to Uncut but I believe Coop has. If you do I'd start with 16Mgs max.
 
Yea i feel like 260 mg caffeine in 2 caps is sufficient for me. I feel like i could handle a whole bronkaid tab. I regularly take bronkaid with 2 scoops of alphamine with no issues.
 
Good work today! Uncut definitely has that effect in wanting to do more workouts than what you've already done. We had a buddy log Uncut and used bronkaid during his cut. It ended being too much stims for him w/ a half tab plus 1 cut. Basically just spaced the two apart.
 
Really? Hmm I wont do it if you guys dont want in this log but i kinda really want to try it. But you guys hooked me up with this so i owe it to you to respect your warnings, etc.

Once again, i absolutely love the focus/energy i get from uncut. I dont want to portray any untrue feelings just because i always have a tendency to try and take things to the next level.
 
Feel free to try it, and add it in the reason for these logs is to share info and I'm sure there are at least a few people that would be interested in your thoughts on the two stacked. Maybe do one cap of Uncut and 25mg's of ephedrine and see how that goes before going with two caps.
 
Sounds good. Im gonna hit the gym for some 5/3/1 bench w/ 1 chest accessory with chest supported rows and face pulls and might throw in some 5/3/1 DL with some RDLS and Glute-Ham Raises after class later. Update coming after - gonna try the 1 cap Uncut + 1 tab Bronkaid.
 
Well i just burnt the complete **** out of my thumb, pointer and middle fingertips on the stove so i dont know if im gonna be able to DL today anymore.

Edit: decided to just take the day off. Already feeling bogged down in homework so im going to try and knock out a lot of it tonight. Update tomoro after team lifting.
 
Ouch, hope your finger heals up soon. Well if you're feeling a bit unmotivated w/ school work, try using 1 cap of Uncut for some focus. Some of our loggers used Uncut either in the workplace or for some extra energy to get them through the day.
 
Alright. Did 1 uncut + 1 bronkaid and it was honestly perfect for me. I absolutely loved it, focus, energy, drive, thermo (was sweating my ass off). Although i think 2 caps Uncut plus 1 Bronkaid could be a little bit too much i think im going to try it just to see (if thats okay with you AppNut fellas). I have a feeling my sweet spot is going to be the 1 and 1. Heres the workout:

09/06
A 1. Band jump sq bar (5x4)
A2. Db fly 30x10 40x10x2
B1. 1 foot elevated single leg hang high pull 95x4x5
B2. Box hop 5x4 (probably 3.5-4 ft tall)
C1. Fr sq 135x8 155x8 175x8 165x8
C2. Banded row 3x15
Pullups (team competition) 11

(Everything from here on i added myself while the rest of the team was doing their pullups)

D1. Gh raises 15 lb med ball held onto chest x12x2
D2. Feet elevated ab twists 15lb med ball x 15 per side x 2
E. Back squat 135x10 205x8 (was going to work my way up further but FB was coming in)

I definitely notice with Uncut more than other pre workouts that i just dont want to stop moving/lifting. It just gets me in that zone and keeps me there until either i have to make myself be done or something else makes me have to be done (ie. FB team coming in). BOTTOM LINE: another great w/o with UNCUT.
 
Great stuff my man, Uncut certainly helps with the mind-muscle connection, I've been using it with Drive and recently added High Volume and my training is just nuts.

Thats a pretty Bada*s stack you have there holy crap. Mannnn...i think im going to pick up some uncut next time i make an order. I already have HV on hand and that stack just sounds awesome.

I really wish i was still doing my 5/3/1 training consistently still so we could compare some strength gains. With this new routine i have no baseline to go off so i really cant tell at this point.

yup Uncut is a crazy value here, and doesn't get nearly enough mention. We are hoping to change that. I'm looking to give out a few more bottles for logging opportunities here. So if you know a few solid loggers I'll hook them up with a bottle.

Nice! 2 caps per w/o lasted me nearly a month and a half at 5 w/o's per week. How are you feeling the next morning after an intense workout the day before? haha Drive is great for the extra endurance. The libido increase isn't too shabby either.

Ehh i wouldnt necessarily say my recovery has been any better or worse. My entire back is a little sore but i dont feel like these full body routines that he has us doing tax me enough to really get that "holy sh*t" 24-48 hour soreness.

Yea ive tried a mini bottle of RPM&Drive like a year and a half to 2 years ago. I do remember that i upped my max during my trial run, whether that was just a natural progression with coincidence that i was using RPM&Drive or if it actually had a correlation to my max increasing is hard to say.
 
Another session with Uncut today. Felt great again today. 1 cap uncut + 1 bronkaid. Did bench 5/3/1.

Warmup sets: 95x5/115x5/145x3
Working Sets: 165x5/195x5/215x9/230x1/250x1
Pull up Ladder: 1/2/3/4/5/6/5/4/3/2/1
Dip Ladder: 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10 and then back down
Chin up ladder: same as pull up ladder.

Felt great again today. 215 felt lighter than it has in recent weeks. Sometime today ill look and see what reps i got last time my max effort set was 215, but im pretty sure i got 2-3 more reps today than last time.

Lunges 80 lb db per hand 4 per leg x3 105 on bbx6 per leg
Ohd squats: did 65x6 and then i just decided i was over it (i personally hate ohd squats with a passion, front/back squats are substantially better in all aspects IMO)
Gh raise 15 lb med ballx8 20 lb med ballx8x2
Chinups 8+2a 6+4a *a: feet held (bad move on my part yesterday doing 2 pullup ladders lol, i was sore as **** already before doing these)
Ovhd tri 50x8 55x8x4x2

Core:

feet elevated twists: 45x25 per side
Cherry pickers: 45x50
Suitcase crunches 45x50

Felt great again today. Weight feels lighter and lighter. For the single arm db jerk i definitely could have gone heavier and i for sure will next time. I really wish we would focus on heavy legs more in this routine, its driving me insane. I just wanna walk in there one day and pull heavy **** off the floor. I miss deads :(
 
Awesome gains on the past 2 workouts. How much of a calorie deficit are you running? I hear yah on not doing deads. What kind of sport are you playing for?
 
Im not in a calorie deficit. Tdee is roughly 2900-3100 so right now im just going +200 on workout days and -200-300 on nonworkout days with one day at about 3500 and an extended fast on Tuesdays that i eat 1600-2000 cals. The reason i do that is i kind of enjoy fasting as a mental challenge. Training is for baseball.

Ah ok, assumed you were dieting w/ the bronkaid. I've been doing IF for long while now since I naturally don't have much of an appetite till early afternoon.
 
Yea im using the bronkaid in the mornings during the fast. Im just pretty much on a never ending recomp so i figure a little Bronkaid cant hurt. Especially during the fasting times. I love the energy i get from eca and its fat loss benefits are well documented so therefore it is still useful in a recomp IMO. Especially during fasting times and being combined with a yohimbe/rauwolscine derivative.

On another note i was going to go to my gym today and get some 5/3/1 work in but my body is literally sore everywhere lol. Legs from the GH raises & running at prac yesterday and upper body from the combo of sundays & yesterdays bench/dips/tris/pull-ups. I might just go in for some cardio and core but i know well do core tomorrow so i dont really want to hit it too hard. Ugh the life of an unknown training routine really blows.
 
Alright, workout for today. Felt really good again today. Went with the 1 uncut 1 E again today. I love it. Im going to start using Uncut solo again because i feel like its whats really shining in this combo and i want other people that are considering it to see that. I know that it is bc of how many things ive stacked ephedrine with but i want the workouts to show it undeniably as well.

Glad to hear you're really enjoying Uncut. I like doing Goodmornings. They have really improved my deadlift strength.
 
Went with 2 caps straight UnCut today. Had another solid lift. Really wish i could get back to my 5/3/1. For my front squats they were so light because i was front squatting while the rest of my group was overhead squatting.

Just got a badass leg/shoulder workout in. Will post up w/o when i get to the library (post will be between 1-3 hours depending on if i get any kids that come in for tutoring or not).
 
Some good volume in those workouts man. How much caps of Uncut left? Looks like it's lasting you quite awhile.

Yea buddy. Last i counted i think i had around 12 and i used 2 today so should put me right around 10. The bottle has lasted me this long because those couple of days i was using 1 cap per workout. And i only lift 4 days a week usually. Great value for me in that little guy :).

As far as todays workout. It went like this:

1. Power cleans - 95x5, 115x5, 135x5, 185x5, 205x4, 210x3
2. Deads - 135x5* 205x5* 240x3 280x3 320x3 360x8 400x1 *done from 6-8 inch platform.
3a. Front Squats - 135x10x4
3b. Seated Arnold Press - 35x10 35x8 30x10
4a. Standing BB Calf Raises (toes on plate) 265x10, 275x10, 285x8x2, 1 legged BWx15
4b. Lateral Raises 25x8, 20x10x2
5a. GH Raises 2xBWx15, 15 LB med ball x 10
6. Wrist extensions, wrist curls, wrist twists. Didn't record we just kinda threw em in at the end.

I was lifting with a teammate today and we kind compromised on a routine to do for the day on the fly. Thats why the flow/organization is a little off. 1st time I've power cleaned since senior year of high school so i wasn't too disappointed in my performance there. I was planning on attempting 430x1 after the 400x1 for deads but on the 400x1 my hips shot up way too fast and i ended up pretty much straight leg deadlifting it up from about 3/4 the way up my shins (didnt round my back still though) so i decided to stop at 400 for the day.

Once again i felt good in the gym today. Focus/energy were all there from the uncut yet again. Im really enjoying this stuff, everything i look for in a preworkout: energy, focus, value, and stackable.
