Will have to do abs and calves tomorrow, but these felt really good. The IR sleeves do a great job of keeping good compression on the joint and don't move much. They're longer than I used to using and it's been helping with keeping my hammys warm between sets.

Solid day even though I was a bit drained going into it. My sleep pattern has been horribly out of whack lately and it's catching up to me. That being said, good speed on bench and everything got thoroughly worked today. Did a crap ton of delt work for hypertrophy and blood flow work on the biceps and triceps.

Tons of pulling today. Speed was good and worst thing to happen was needing wrist straps by the end. My hands are torn up as I'm really emphasizing digging them into the bar to engage my lats.

Emailed Anderson about SB briefs. It'll take 6 months to get them. Awaiting response from Titan, but not hopeful because it's Titan.

Due to scheduling conflicts, I had to bench a day early. I felt better than I expected (Performix Ion at 2 scoops is pretty solid) once I got the blood flowing and strength was solid. This frequency that I've trained has left me fatigued, but I have the next few days off from training and massive amounts of food to consume this weekend.

Walking it out sucks. Why do people do this to themselves? It really exposed my two weaknesses which are my upper back and core. First set went ok, but the second set pinned my ass on the box. I was out front and didn't engage my PC. Lesson learned.

Mono for life. I was able to do 4 plates on a SSB better than these simply due to not using a mono.

Still haven't heard back from Titan so the SB briefs are off the table. It's down to Jacks or Preds. I wish Overkill would get their **** together.

Rudy still doesn't have any machines to make any gear lol.

How would it hurt? Too inflexible? I'm just trying to soak up as much as I can here

Grid stitching turns a rebound product into a stopping power product, more or less. Most people brief for pop and suit for stop. But, if you're good off of a box and can grind, stop is fine. If you dive bomb, you'd like some pop.

I trained with a guy who had tight black grid stitch preds, a hair looser red pair over that, and then leviathan. If you tried to squat raw in the same manner he descended in that gear, you'd fall on the floor. He let that shyt rip and he still got stopped 2" high and had to work to depth with 900.

The real definition of unlimited gear

I might be able to get the right gear combo for it. Preds, Jacks, And Ace suit. I'll blow out my ******* before I hit depth with that.

Hell no! just throw the weight on and let it fckin ride.

****ing Inzer...bought a 38 and they fall off of me. These might fit a 242, but not my skinny ass.

Wtf I would have thought that was your size too. My 165 buddy wears 34

Getting over a bit of a cold hence the lack of training updates and low volume today. One thing I've noticed that has been compromised by me coming off is my immune system. I used to never get bugs like this and now I've had two in three months. Today went decent enough. Positioning was the main thing I wanted to work on today since I knew power output would be lowered. I started to get cramps on the sides of my glutes, which was new, so I think I nailed it?

Funny, I know I cycle versus your situation, but I felt my immune system went down upon getting on versus coming off.

I never got a cold or an extended allergy attack while on. They've both since flared up since saying sayonara to the syringe.

I'm making some adjustments to my schedule and am taking a conjugate approach to my lower body training. What I mean by that is a speed approach to this day and a heavy approach to the other day. If I pull heavy, it'll now be on that day. Mainly trying to modulate CNS fatigue for the future.

You know, there comes a time when you have to check yourself. There will be more moments where I'm tired now than when I feel good and the bar doesn't give a **** at all. I was cutting my volume and/or barely training lately with fatigue as the excuse. It's never going to get easier and today was my day to nut up. The bar speed was solid and, although labored, each set was very productive with great intensity. I hope this is the day I turn the corner and start getting back on track.

I have gained mass in my ass again. Getting on those Jacks in August was a breeze, relatively speaking. They felt at least 1/2" tighter on the hips, but these briefs are good for training at this point and that's about it. That being said, today went really well. I didn't want to, nor was I ready, to work up really heavy and just worked with my raw PR weight with more volume. I'm a little rusty with the gear and I'll have to find my stance again. Oh, I did break my damn lever...for the third time so that sucks. Need to get a new one ASAP.

Third one and third company. Elite, Strength Shop, and Inzer. I'm not sure if I should go back to prong at this point.

I have a lever bench belt I like. But I like the prone as it is easy to use when bloated, lean, and in gear. Even in the same session lol.

Why not just buy a $20 lever from Titan? Mine has been going strong for over 2 years I believe

They were levers taken from belts I've accumulated throughout the years. I didn't buy a new belt each time. Maybe I'm just hard on levers?

Sidenote: I could forge one faster than if I ordered from Titan and I'm only 2 hours away from them.

Out of all of the things that I've worked on the past six months, without a doubt the biggest technical strides I've made have been in my lats. I call it a corkscrew as it helps to think of the proper humeral movement to engage the lats along with protecting the shoulder.

Using this, I've been able to support the weight better and essentially use just my legs and lats to "press" until I hit about 225. It's also helped me to engage them more efficiently during rows along with improving my posture.
