I hope you will have some interest in monitoring my progress: I will be tracking my experience with this combination of PP/SD & other Anabolic extreme products on this 12 week cycle (8 on PP/SD, 4 wks PCT).

Order all the supps, and took the bloodtest. I will add to the journal every two weeks including Weight & Body Fat % - I will include weight lifted increases as well, part of the routine, any cardio, and what supps are taken when. I will be taking perfect cycle (anabolic Extremes), and phasing over to an Medium Chain Tryglis diet for increasing mass and getting schreded. Will take some picks to. Current stats exclude the BF% check, and are 1st thing in the morning:

Hight 5'11. Wt 192, 7 meals a day (4 are MRPs)
Cycling onto creatine again (5gs before & after workout)
Cycling onto Nitric Oxide prior to workout
Post workout shake is 35 g protein, 70g complex carbs (vitargo) - gives a rush forcing glycogen & creatine into muscles.
Have been cheating once a day - and not stopping for good.
Approx 3000 cals a day - and will increase.

Weights -
Squat 135 for 25, 225 for 10, 225 for 10, 275 for 6,
Hack squats light 50lvs x 8 for 3 sets
45 degree leg press 15 reps for 270, pyramid to 90lbs
Incline chest press is triple drop sets of 8 to 12 starting with 80 lb dbs, drop to 50, then 25. 4 sets after warm up
Flys with 25s for 12 to 20 reps, double drop set
Cable cross overs 3-4 sets of 10-15 with 30-40lbs..
Back:wide chins 10,6,5,5, then 70lb assist for 9,9 reps
Hammerstrength row - 90 per sidefor 10 reps , 135 for 8 reps, and 180 per side for 6 reps, 8-10 hyper extensions for 2 sets
Triceps, 70lbs for 12 reps - triple drop sets 3-4 sets, behind neck DB extensions, 50lb for 12, 70 for 10, 80 for 8.
Bicep: BB curls 8 for 90, 12 for 70, 12 for 70, use arm blaster, preacher machine curls, 10 full reps into 10 partial for burns x 3 sets - very painful burn. then db supinated curls - 8 reps for 3 sets with 20lb dbs. 1 to 1.5 min rests.
Abs on upper body days, calfs on leg days. Hams lying leg curls, 40 lbs with 10 lower half reps & 10 upper half reps for 4-5 sets, then rep out for 50 reps.
 
By the way - age - in the 40s, experience with weight training - 4 yrs (3 1/2 natural), experience - 1 cycle, so this is the 2nd
 
Blood Test before starting:
Liver: AST = 41 (0-40) down from 69
ALT = 51 (0-55) down for 133
GGT = 28 (0-65)
Lipid:
Cholestrol 180 (100-199)
Total Test: 284 (240-827) up from 29
Basically High Normal for Liver Tox, and Low normal for Test
This tells me I should have done PCT for more than 4 weeks after 16 weeks of SD. But I have been off everything for 4 weeks, so 8 weeks off of SD. So I will start the new cycle today or tomorrow, but likely take a blood test 4 weeks into it to make sure I am not getting the liver out of control.
 
Couple days into it - backing off on Rampage, just 1 tablet is strong - makes me very irratable after an intense workout. Fri-Sun was 3 days on: Abs Chest, light Quads, then Calves, Hams & Triceps, then Abs Shoulders & Biceps.
Base line weights for me to improve on each pass thru the cycle is: Chest: 85lb DBs for 7 reps - incline chest press,
OH DB Press: 60lb DBs for 8 reps - seated.
Preacher Curl: 90lbs 6 reps, seated.
These are not very good, but after 4 weeks of PCT and 4 weeks off everything, there are what is left after lighter workouts to recover. Starting Creatine and NO2 on training days. Today is off, then the next three days are: Abs Chest, Light Quads, then Quad Day with calves, then Abs, Back & Traps.

Just wanted to clarify.

You did a 16 week SD cycle?

And these are the labs after 8 weeks off?

Any LDL/HDL levels?
 
3 weeks into cycle update - 1 crash

Well I started at 16.5% Bodyfat at 195lbs, working out 4 days a week, some drop sets but mostly heavy. I decided to use PP, 1 in the morning and 2 in the evening before working out. Things went well for 2 weeks then I got a lot of acne in like 1 day, and had to take a 2 hr nap in the middle of the next day (Saturday). On Sunday, same thing - 2pm to 4 pm dead to the world. So I skipped taking the evening PP, and went to 1 PP in morning and 1 pp at night. This seems to be enough as the tiredness seems to have stopped - but I am sleeping 10 hrs a day. (Up from my usual 6). At 2.5 weeks, I got another calaper body fat check - 13.8% at 203lbs. To the extent the calapers are accurate, that is a 12 lb lean mass gain, and 4 lbs of fat loss. And I am eating as much as possible - trying for over 5000 calories a day on 6 meals but can't get their yet. Trying to eat pretty clean, but also having 4 tbs of MCT oil with most meals. Weights are going up slowly as well. record in the 1 arm row is now 205lbs.
 
Sure 1st 2 weeks: 1 PP in the morning and 2 PP in the evening 30 min before working out. (same dosage for days off)
3rd week, due to side effects, lowered to 1 PP in morning (with meal), and 1 pp in evening prior to workout.
4th week will be split, 1 sd in the morning, and 1 pp at night.
5th-8th week will be 1 sd in morning and 1 sd at night.
the last week I will start to overlap with PCT and retain.

ALSO - for all weeks, 3 times a day I take 2 Perfect Cycle and I am taking Liver Care from Himalaya. The rest of the products are from anabolic extreme.
 
Libido skip

Two weeks into the cycle, libido dropped - I started taking TestoFEN and LH Boost - both from IDS. Worked great. I am taking it twice a day (morning and night).
 
Workouts are intense - I take some NO2 prior to the workout, and creatine after. The 6 meals a day are hard to complete - but it seems that the more I eat, the more I grow. I am used to 3200 calories, so 5300 is very difficult. I also am doing very intense 1 hr workouts - heavy but 6-12 reps & 1-2 min rests. I am back to 110 lbs in the 8 rep EZ bar curl.
 
After my 1st cycle (of 12 weeks) I was 198lbs at 10% BF, that is 178 lbs lean mass. In the 8 weeks PCT I lost alot - of muscle - but my diet was not as good as it could have been and workouts were consistent but not as intense as they could have been. starting back at 195 lbs and 16.5% BF I am hoping there is some muscle memory - I think gaining 12 lbs of muscle in 2.5 weeks should there is some. I need to gain 3 more lbs just to break even on where I stopped last time. I have 5.5 weeks to go. And will be more gradual in PCT and take about 6 weeks with it or more.
 
5 weeks into my cycle - BF% was 15.5% at 195lbs, now it is
12.8% at 206.5lbs By my calculations I have lost 3.8 lbs of fat and gained 15.8 lbs of muscle in 5 weeks. This was about 2.5 wks of PP at 30mg, 1 week of PP & SD (10mg each) and 2 wks on SD at 20mg. Sides are all under control. My question for you is - do I continue on SD for additional 3 weeks? Do I raise the SD to 30mgs? (30mgs on PP gave me sides at the end of 2 weeks). I have some stiffness, but libido is ok (not great but ok), and strength is thru the roof. records every visit to the gym, 5 reps at 95lb DBs incline Chest press, 225 for 1 arm Hamerstrength row mach, 12 reps wide chins w body weight (207 on gym scale). And consuming close to 5000 calories. The MCT oil was causing stomach cramps but now it is causing nausia - but my body is absorbing the calories and I am slowing loosing fat. I had sone cardio for 1 week and need to get back on it - the results on better - especially in energy during the day.

So am I done for this run or are there more gains to be had?
 
Well I week into PCT, and just weighed in at 209.5 lbs and 12.6% Body Fat. So no muscle loss in the 1st week, using some test boost, RETAIN, PCT and XT from Gasparian. Thats up 18.3 lbs in 7 weeks, lost about 4 lbs of fat, but been week on the cardio. Some tiredness, but my lifts in the gym are still getting stronger - 7 reps of incline dumbell presses with 100s that is a record for me. Gains every 2.5 weeks were 10.2 lbs, 5.1, 3.0. So I am not sure I would go with a 2 week cycle, this time the progress seems to justify going with 6 weeks. I plan to do a total of 6-7 weeks of PCT. I am eating clean and trying to keep the gains I have - at this point I think that I should keep lifting intense and heavy to keep the gains.
 
just so I am clear, may have missed it earlier....by 16 week cycle...you mean 8 on the cycle and 8 weeks pct....correct? not sounding so bad then. I think several guys thought it was a full 16 weeks on sd. Now that would have been rough. Congrats to you then for the gains and hope you keep it.
 
Yes Let me be real clear, my 1st cycle was 16 weeks on SD - a real disaster, and had 8 weeks of PCT and 4 weeks off after that. I ended up loosing most of my gains. This last cycle was 6 weeks on (PP then SD), and will be 6-7 more weeks of PCT, and likely a week or two off everything. Thanks
