I love the fact that this preworkout has glucuronolactone, COP, citrulline, beta alaine and agmatine. Have some ideas for additions.
 
Awesome log, brotha. I knew you guys would love Prodigy. I know I do. ;-) This stuff is no joke. I actually dished out a well rounded scoop once.....and only once. lol I thought I was going to climb the walls after that. Seriously a one level scoop pwo. None of that three scoop concentrate nonsense. :-)

Barbell Shoulder Press (Behind Head)
1 set 135 lbs 12 reps
2 sets 155 lbs 12 reps
2 sets 185 lbs 8-10 reps

Barbell Shoulder Press (In front)
2 sets 135 lbs 12 reps
2 sets 155 lbs 12 reps

Barbell Raises
2 sets 135 lbs 12 reps
2 sets 185 lbs 12 reps
1 superset 185/135/95lbs till failure 10 reps 10 reps 95 till I die.

Lateral Raises
3 sets 35 lbs 12 reps
1 set 40 lbs till failure

And 2 other shoulder workouts I don't know the name of lol :D

Cardio for 2 miles on treadmill

Sorry for the delay guys been really busy today and will be tomorrow as well. I will update tomorrow regarding today's chest workout and tomorrows biceps and triceps work out. Btw, hit the flat @ 275 lbs today twice!

O yeah everything is expensive here and thank you! I think I'm going to just update the thread with a final review when I get back. I tried working out without it yesterday and it didn't end well lol

Just got home guys, Final Review will be up tomorrow after a gym day. I am not expecting to break any PR or anything after having a crappy diet for a week lol
 
I went there on my honeymoon and we took a cab to this Italian place . It was on top of this small mountain and the food was so good we went there every night. Even though meals were included this place was off the charts food wise. Side note: a week off from the gym can do wonders. I bet you are stronger coming back.
