My first post.

I try for shorter workouts, full body, 2-3 Times a week.

Today:
Body curls
Bench press
Barbell curl
Behind neck press
Triceps extension
Leg press

3 sets, 8-12 reps. Pretty 80's I guess.

See you Saturday.
 
Alright, four hours of fly fishing today. Had bites, no set hooks.

Early evening workout. I try to make them efficient.

Leg raises
Bar dips
Super Sets with
Zottman curls
Haney shrugs
Calf raises
Dead lift

Good afternoon!

I drug at work this morning, then pepped up. Had my teeth cleaned.

Just got home and got a workout in.

Incline Bench Press
Behind Neck Pull Down
Seated Military Press
Triceps Push Down
Squats

Nothing momentous. I rode the Airdyne for 20 minutes, fairly leisurely. I watched The Following while I was at it. I am not sure why I got hooked on The Folowwing? It is no MI-5 or Magnum PI.
