w0rd. Cissus is good. Additionally, Vitimin C and Calcium. You can easily get a ton of Calcium by having your whey shakes with milk (if you arent already).

As others have said supercissus is a great product. Labrada's Elasti-Joint is also a good product...mostly because of the hydrolyzed gelatin it contains.
Supps will help but don't neglect higher reps (15-20) from time to time. Unfortunately, I don't have the Ohio State U study saved on my comp but the study showed that higher reps can strengthen tendons and ligaments.
May be a silly question, but how long can you take cissus ?
I had a friend ask me this, and I told him that I did not have any idea if there was a time line on it or not., but I would ask on here to just be for sure...
