Omegas are always good for joints. I would recommend getting a joint supp that has it all. Something like achilles by antaeus labs or flex by animal. These two supps have omegas and more that will keep your joints in top shape.
I have noticed that Omegas help my joints out tremendously BUT I needed a joint support supplement for my Tennis Elbow. Glucosamine is another one I feel works well, PLUS I give that to my dogs!!!! haha

^ Came in to say that. Cissus has been amazing for my knees and elbows. And the paractin in Joint Help does a great job with immediate pain relief. Both Flexible and Joint Help are top notch cissus products for joint issues. Adding fish oil to that stack can't hurt, either.
