HI EVERYBODY!! I just wanted to make an update on the anabolic game plan. But first, I want to thank everyone who helped me answer all of my questions and offered me quality advice as to how I should approach my first cycle. I am increasing my daily dose of 1-Andro and 4-Andro to 330mg per day, and I am going to increase my cycle duration from 6 weeks to 8 weeks. Here is the new layout:

1-Andro:
330/330/330/330/330/330/330/330/0/0/0/0

4-Andro:
330/330/330/330/330/330/330/330/0/0/0/0

Ar1macare Pro:
8/8/8/8/8/8/8/8/0/0/0/0

Sup3r PCT:

HI EVERYBODY!! My name is Jolly. I am going to bulk up.

I took advantage of the labor day sale and bought the following:

Prohormones:
1 x Sup3r-1 Elite (90 caps of 110mg 1-Andro)
1x Sup3r-4 Elite (90 caps of 110mg 4-Andro)

On Cycle Support:
1 x Ar1macare Pro (240 caps at 8 caps/serving for a total of 30 days supply)

Post Cycle Therapy:
1 x Sup3r PCT (300 caps at 10 caps/serving for a total of 30 days supply)

Below is the anabolic game plan:

1-Andro:
220/220/220/220/220/220

4-Andro:
220/220/220/220/220/220

Ar1macare Pro:
8/8/8/8/0/0

Sup3r PCT:
0/0/0/0/0/0/10/10/10/10

I AM STILL WORKING ON FINDING A SERM!

My questions:

1. Do I need an OTC Aromatase Inhibitor (AI) on hand considering that my On Cycle Support (Ar1macare Pro) already has Arimistane?

2. Am I suppose to take Ar1macare Pro everyday throughout the cycle or only when I'm starting to feel estrogen related side effects such as nipple sensitivity? I noticed the bottle only comes with a 30 days supply even though my cycle is going to be for 45 days (~6 weeks). Is this okay?

3. Do I need to taper Ar1macare Pro because it has an AI?

4. Do I need to taper Sup3r PCT?

5. Is Sup3r PCT sufficient or do I need other stuff like TUDCA?

Thanks everybody! Any help is appreciated. I do plan on making a log with some pictures once I start. I'm in no rush.
 
If I were you I'd get another 1 and 4 andro to run 330 for two months you should take ar1micare pro throughout your whole cycle I believe you have to start taking it two weeks before cycle due to the Hawthorne berry but besides that if you have a serm and other basics covered fish oils etc you will have a good cycle !
 
Since it's my first time, shouldn't I start at 220? Maybe up to 330 half way through cycle if everything is fine? Looks like I'm gonna have to buy another bottle of Ar1micare. If I do an 8 week cycle, should still PCT for 4 weeks or increase it?
 
330 6-8 weeks sup3er pct 4 weeks with a serm would be good I did Alphamax (but sup3er would be equivalent) nolva and sustain alpha and I was feeling great in under two weeks . Also go to CEMproducts website and have a look around they are board sponsors
 
I would not recommend 1 andro solo, The lethargy from 1 andro alone would be killer at very least have dermacrine on hand , if you want to keep it a very dry lean bulk then 1 andro and epi would be a good first cycle too epidrone 30% off right now too

I 2nd this. You'd have no motivation after a few weeks.

your best bet- email them directly, they respond immediately (might be a little longer because of the holiday) but they can answer this for you.

Hey man I really appreciate the help, but I couldn't find a SERM on their site for human consumption. All of them are for lab testing purposes only. Maybe they are out of stock because of the labor day sale? Do you suggest I send them an email?

One last question. Let's say I am taking 1-Andro, 4-Andro, and Ar1macare Pro during cycle and I start to develop sensitive nipples/gyno, am I suppose to go straight to PCT and take Nolvadex, or do I continue cycle but take an aromatase inhibitor like Elim1nate? Elim1nate is basically Arimistane and Arimistane is already in Ar1macare Pro that I am taking while on cycle. Would it be too much AI if I have to do so?
 
Get a pharma grade AI (like exemestane) if you can to get E back down, arimistane is an OTC AI and can only do so much.

Armistane will do absolutely nothing for estrogen control imo
 
Okay exemestane it is. Got it! How common is the need to use exemestane when on 1-andro and 4-andro? Has anyone ever had to use it before?

Ok I found that 30% chance people will develop gyno when on 4-dhea at above 300mg everyday for a few weeks. It's good to ALWAYS have a RX AI on hand. I will have a RX AI on hand just in case. If I get estrogen side effects do I start with 6.25mg everyday then slowly increase it to 12.5mg then 18.75mg until symptom goes away?

Thanks a lot my man! I just bought 30 tabs of Xtane 25mg. Pharma grade AI is so damn expensive! I also decided to opt out on the research only liquid Tamox from CEM and went and picked up a bottle of pharma grade Novaldex 20mg and 10mg in tablet form. Now all I need to do is get my blood work done and wait for my order to come in. All in all I spent $310 for everything in my stack. Thank god for labor day sale! It saved me around $200.

Would not running 4 andro at 220mg a day (2 tabs of OL sup3r 4) not negate any possible estro side effects. Anyone know?

4 andro is wet... So no.
 
Epi is dry but the Pharma AI will be your best bet IF you get gyno symptoms, Dma378, what dosage should he run if he gets twitchy nips?
 
I was browsing and reading a lot of old posts on here and saw that some people recommended a natty test booster while on PCT. Since I am going to take Sup3r PCT, which is supposed to be an all in one, is it recommended that I take a natty test booster like alphamax xt, test1fy, dermacrine, etc?
 
You can but Dermacrine isn't a natty test booster, you want Sustain Alpha, I used it with Sup3r PCT after my last cycle and was chasing the wife around like a mad man again after just 2 weeks.

I was working for BPS when I used it but right now I rep for em. Use lifter15 for 15% off if you decide to pick it up.
 
how about epiandro +1-andro, I think epiandro converts to estrogen (slightly) and safer (no water retention) Someone correct me if I am wrong here.

Epi converts to DHT and then eventually estrogen I believe . Could be a good dry base for sure imo
