Joining the dark side: fabee666's journey

Hi everyone!

My name's fabee666 and, after years and years of research and self-reflection, I feel ready to join the dark side. Therefore, I'd like to share my journey and, if possible, get support from this great community to make the process perfect.
I've been enjoying this sport for almost 20 years, and for ages it is a true lifestyle or, because of the positive mental impacts it has, a real mindset. However, I want more, and I want it for myself.

STARTING INFORMATION
BODY STATS
TRAINING AND DIET STATS
  • Training experience: 17+ years
  • Phase: Cutting started about 16/52 ago
  • Diet structure: Days On @2000kcal/day, P 217g, C 207g, F 39g -- Days Off @1500kcal/day, P 217g, C 77g, F 50g
  • Workout routine: Upper Body 2xWeek, Lower Body 2xWeek, 90' cardio LISS weekly + 45' cardio HIIT weekly
BLOODWORK
  • Pre-cycle bloodwork (it'll be updated as soon as I'll complete the cut)
    Paste here

ON-CYCLE PLAN: BLAST
DOSING

  • Compound: Testosterone E @300mg/week (fixed dosage), injection EOD
  • Ancillaries: AI (aromasin), SERM (nolvadex) (as needed)
  • Other supplements: Creatine, WPI, EAAs, Cyclic Dextrin, Omega 3-6, Vitamin D3+K2, Multivitamin, Vitamin C.
GOALS
  • Duration: 16+ weeks
  • Bloodwork: Intra-cycle (6-8 weeks into it), post-cycle (see below: "Post-cycle plan: Cruise")
  • Workout and diet modalities: Gradual and progressive overload and volume increase, and a slight overfeeding (leanbulk type, with a daily surplus not higher than 250-300 calories)

POST-CYCLE PLAN: CRUISE
DOSING

  • Compound: Test E @125-150mg/week, injection EOD
GOALS
  • Duration: 8-12 weeks depending on post-cycle bloodwork (done at week 6-8) and symptoms
  • Aim: Giving the body a break and let it return to physiological values (of the markers. Ideally, testosterone markers leaning toward the upper limit of the normal range).
  • Workout and diet modalities: Upper Body and Lower Body approach, and a standard calorie deficit in order to cut the BF gained. In that sense I'll be using retatrutide as well.

ON-CYCLE PLAN: 2nd BLAST
DOSING

  • Compound: Test E 350-500mg/week, injection EOD
GOALS
  • Duration: 16+ weeks depending on intra-cycle bloodwork and symptoms
  • Aim: Pushing the testosterone to the highest value tolerated without having a too strong estrogenic response. Found that value, for the 3rd+ cycle I'll start considering adding another compound (NPP my first choice, EQ could be an idea, Anavar and Tbol if I want to go with an easy add-on).

I'd appreciate any thought from any of you. Thank you.

NOTE
- I reserve the second reply of this thread for any update in terms of conditioning (posing) and any other relevant feedbacks during the process

Apart from having some feedbacks from you in relation to the cycle planning, I have two questions:
(1) what do you think about my actual condition? Is it good enough before starting the blast? Anyway, I'd like to push it a bit further and try to drop another kg (however, I'm going on holiday next week and eventually I'll do a diet break, trying to eat as much clean as possible anyway. Once back, I'll resume fully my cutting phase).
(2) after any cut or bulk, as a drug-free user I've always done a "consolidation phase", meaning that I'm used to staying at the new maintenance for X weeks (4-8) to allow the body to adapt to the new status. Is it a good idea in this situation as well? I was considering doing a reverse diet one month long.

Hey fabee, welcome man. 17+ years in is no joke — respect. Your macros look dialed in already, that protein's solid.

I went through a similar crossroads last year. Tried a few things for cutting, but what actually stuck was retatrutide. Not even the main compound I started with, just ended up there after some experimenting.

The hunger suppression hit different. Like, "food noise" just... gone. You know that background chatter about when/what you're eating next? Silent. Made staying at my caloric deficit almost boringly easy. Body recomp showed within a few weeks — shoulders and abs popped more, that flat depleted look went away.

Weird side effect I didn't expect: my alcohol cravings basically evaporated. Wasn't even trying to cut back. Just stopped wanting it.

Only thing I'd watch is don't let your calories drop too low with how suppressed your appetite gets. Easy to under-eat and feel wrecked in the gym.

What's your training split looking like right now?
