we have 10, and I can include @BrakeFailure as well
Let us cap it here for the group buy. If someone backs out then we can have them slide in
Once the program is released I will buy.

What I will need: (Once Program is Released)
Email address to send program
PayPal Payment

I'll keep my eye out for when it is released and update.

If you have room or a drop out count me in.

Send me split price before u send the program. I also want to. Know if its not a powerbuilding routine. Wich I doubt but incase it is I'm out and I don't want to "scam" you by having received the program before knowing what it is.

Thanks a lot for doing this!

Hey guys! Which of John's 6 week programs you currently suggest or had the most fun/results? Taking 4 a small break from DoggCrap training... Gained about 30lbs in 2 years. Need something fresh!

Volume:
Creeping Death 2.0
Gamma Bomb

Intensity:
Odin Force
High Evolutionary
Project Colossus

Will be testing the new program here soon!

Everyone should be good now for the group buy. There were a few payments that were pending for the majority of the day and have processed.

Thanks again everyone for your patience!

Thank you for oganising this!

Will start the new program once I'm done with Odin Force wich i started this monday.
When will you start it?

That's a question that's going to take 6 weeks to answer.
Yeah, agreed on performance. Just looking to see first impressions. Mine, I like it. Good balance of volume and intensity which some of the programs have lacked, in my opinion. But I’m a volume whore lol

To me it seems very very similar to HE... I was really hoping for more differentiation between this and the last program and it’s really not there. I’m a volume guy too so I guess that’s part of why I’m Meh on the last two programs

Thanks for the input.. yeah, i MAY do the program “ as is”then add volume or change up as i see fit. Not sure at this point. It looks good though.

If you need to add volume then I would double check if your truly pushing the intensity as outlined in the program.

i am not saying you don’t train hard, but there is a law of diminishing returns with volume and training to the proper RPE as outlined. There is a reason why John has it outline that way with the intensity techniques provided.
Especially if you are beating the log book week in and week out . OR if you can run the 6 weeks deload and run the same program and keep climbing

None the less he has plenty of others to suit all trainees and their liking. I personally enjoy his intensity based programs as I like pushing through the intensity techniques and pushing by mental fortitude

You are 100% correct on that. I don’t have the ability to go as hard as I used to. Which is why I fall back on the volume equation. Realistically I know if I followed to a T the way I’m supposed to I wouldn’t need to add anything. But job hours, being a single parent, and training solo, it’s harder to do things as they should be done. I did DC back in the day pretty successfully so I guess I know what to expect from myself. Thanks for the input!

Could I pay someone a small amount of $ to get the grandmaster? Really sucks putting out 99$ for a program and you don't know if you like it.

So checking the program it reminds me about odin force, atleast the same principles. Do you guys think you can change out some exercises? I don't like the cage press. And I need to bring up my arms but at the same time it might be better run the original split for the first 6 weeks. There is a lot of arm work sprinkled in on chest and back day as well

Always run as outlined. IMO

Focus on proper form, range of motion, and try to eliminate secondary muscles from taking over (Shoulders/Forearms)

Alright! Tomorrow it is Thursday, can I start the first workout for week one then? It doesn't have to be monday or it doesn't matter that first week will expand in to a new week etc?

any of John programs to do at home cause of the lockdown? I have a set of DBs , Bands,Barbell and Bench but I don't have weight to go very heavy. I don't have a squat rack, so I have to find an alternative for regular squats.

I think he posted something like that on YouTube today..
