Messed around today in the gym. Didn't have a scheduled day so I just pulled a bunch of sumo triples, did pullups, ghr, cambered bar good mornings and abs. Off to Portland tomorrow morning!

Ya haha was wondering if you would question it. Not a gator just thought the shirt was hilarious, it says National Communists Against Athletes on the back with the sickle as the C ala Brian Bosworth.

They refuted it was LGD but I don't know. Why would reporters pick up on it so quickly for an unknown to the general public substance like that. Then they said it was some bullsht test booster from GNC where the only useful ingredient was Boron.

Ya of course he knew and most guys on the team are probably doing close to the same thing. I had some buddies on the teams in Colorado and they all knew what they could and couldn't take, and most of the time when the tests were coming. Must have gotten popped by NCAA or someone outside of the program's reach. I saw they had just come up with an LGD test in June of 2015 so they must have implemented it quick

Switching to my powerlifting gym and being forced to train low bar have made a huge difference. I have spotters with the training crew every time I wanna push it and they help me with weight selection. Has been extremely positive for me

Not really. StubHub has a decent amount of tickets all the way up game time. Kind of a tough sell with the Warriors killing it right up the peninsula.

I gotta think it is the environment. Being able to push myself and have people I trust spotting is huge. Plus it's a good head space in there with like minded people.

That and I think a bit of programming. Lots of speed reps for form and really committing to low bar has helped my numbers.
