Joe Weider R.I.P.

Hey Weider is dead,I just heard about it.

I`ve been checking in if he had kicked the bucket for some time now.

Ripe old age.
 
Joe's bro Ben died a few years ago. Joe had his good and bad, but he brought the fitness muscle craze out of the caves and into mainstream public eyes. I will always thank/respect him for that.

Nassar El Sonbaty also passed. Huge man. He was much younger at 48.
 
Legends never die. Rip weider and nassar. Weider was one interesting character. Bodybuilding.com put up his workout programs and how he changed the game. Check it out some time, pretty badass
