Chest adn squats video coming tomorrow hopefully, i did 315 for as many reps as I could get. problem is I did box squats which are like stop squats....KICKED my ass so not the most impressive vids

Chicken nuggets!!! NUM NUM NUM. My hd flip broke :(. My vids have been on hault...
 
i made p28 chicken nuggets that are clean but i totally lost the video, will have to re-shoot it again without Dylan as my taste tester....

I also have a leg video and one set of rows topless that came out pretty good. but lighting sucks at my gym.

haha my shih tzu has a nj devils jersey, ny yankees jersey, and ny giants jersey.. and a bunch of other cloths to haha. my fav is his black shirt that says, "bitches love me."
