On that note, half a scoop of Prodigy before a track workout worked phenomenally. I have tried MM before and it was a disaster, my heart was racing but prodigy was a very good feeling. Not too stimmed up and the energy was very clean. Noticed that my focus was good, it was also a shorter workout (~30 minutes) so that obviously effects that.
Didn't notice much as far as focus goes on DL day (mostly because all of my focus was wiped clean after a failed 335 attempt lol) but I am really enjoying the energy it gives me, lasted long enough to get me through Monday's D-Day of a workout and expecting a good deal of success with the rest of the workouts (no maxing prior :happy: )
