I haven't used it myself(not a ph guy either) but that plus a little formasurge is intriguing. Problem for me is the little daughter always all over me. I will get around to it :)

Yeah, it's like 8 pounds in 2 week's or so. Coming on fast, but I'm sure it will slow down fast.

i don't know about strongmen, but long hair is few and far between in pl. i think 2 guys out of ~600 at worlds...
 
Long normal sized legs short thing torso long skinny arms. I'm a bunch of leftover mr. Potatoe head pieces tossed together that can deadlift. Also just entered week 9 of the beard... Gettin crazy.
 
Pretty sure in gonna start a social media site called beardtracker.com inspired by this thread. Now I need to learn how to use a computer.
