I know it's a ME front, but quite a bit of hip-drive there that you want to minimize bc of the torso lean it's causing.

Mines a warehouse with concrete floors and squat racks. Sure, I've got homemade strongman equipment because the gym owner and I compete and he makes **** for us.

I don't need no equipment to get strong. Just plates and barbells.

Watch your hips drive back in the front squat, which then causes greater forward torso lean. You want to minimize that forward torso lean.

I know but it's still be cool to have some of this stuff ya know? Only reason why I go to my gym is it's 2 min away. I can train so much more often, even when the week schedule is tight due to that reson. My other gym was 25 min away and that drive was hurting my scheduling

Always room for improvement, you'll watch an oly lifter, and it's just up-down for them.

You've been up-ing cals right? That right there will slowly increase your appetite

3-4 days for increased appetite.
 
What did help me was when I was taking slinshot, it makes you hungry. Both mentally from knowing you took a GDA and physically from it's affects. You taking on? Not bad for 20 bucks for a month+

I've used it before, noticed the feeling better after meals that I used it but didn't notice the appetite increase. I may have to get some more, I did like slinshot a lot.

Hell ya dude. I've been wanting to do that. The last year I ran it 8 wk on, 4-6 wk off. Ran at 6 caps for 3 weeks and it was no difference than 4. I may give it a go for 12 weeks. I like that idea.

I swear I ran it at 3 a few years ago. I'm crazy though. If you have it laying around hit it up. Would definitely help you gain some quality mass.

Circus Dumbell Press: 82 x 4/3 (4 right, 3 left), 82 x 3/1

Took me a couple tries to get it, not so bad once you start to get a hang of the technique.

Sandbag Carry (speed) : 210 x 30yds, 210 x 40yds, +pick up from ground 210 x 50yds


Very hard to pick up from the ground.

Farmers Walk: 200 x F, 150 x 20yds + hold

Glued to the ground, 150 was too easy though.

a1. DB Row: 75 x 12 x 2, 85 x 12
a2. Band Pullapart: MM x 15 x 3


Done. Farmers are weak, was gonna do yoke instead but didn't wanna drag that behemoth outside and then put it back.

That guy in the second farmers video is the gym owner (and MW NAS competitor). I put that up there to show how much more I need to be able to do, his max farmer is 360 a hand for 30yds lol.

I might have to start doing them again, another thing that I'm sure will help will just be the extra emphasis I'm now putting on working with the implements.

HB Oly Squat: 225 x 5 x 2, 245 x 5, 275 x 5, 295 x 5

I only go down to parallel, and the hold at parallel is killer on the abs. I barely feel anything on the HF when I setup right (butt just off the pad).

Safety squat I believe.

The DLs felt really good today, squats, not so much.

I want my gym owners beard.....
 
Besides the fact that I don't think you should, apply for it man.

Will do. I'm cleaning up my diet as much as I can. I anticipate cutting out fast food and the copious amounts of junk food will drop me at least 5. A little boost wouldn't hurt.

It'll definitely help curb the appetite, I know Swanson logged it earlier this year.
 
Smoker, not to speak ill of trying BPS/Jimbo, keep in mind that your 12lbs should be water loss. If you diet off 12lbs, your chances of gaining strength will be slim. Just food for thought. Not that the product won't work, but losing body fat and cutting weight are vastly different.

That's one of the reasons I mentioned herder lol, he's supposed to be trimming down a little before dropping water.

Although, since DCP increases thermogenesis, it would help with sweating out the extra water; probably.

What I'm saying is I'm around 177 apparently. Cleaning up this diet of mine will drop me some weight. So say 5lb. I'm 172. Water weight will be easy for the remainder I would think instead of trying to lose all 12 lb in water. Plus I know aesthetics be damned but my stomach looks like I'm significantly showing. I no like that
