It was about the 10th or so. With all the stuff that happened while on, the dates in my gym notebook didnt materialize. Anyway, per the Doc advice I really didnt even need PCT on this one due to my on and off days. He said 3.4 weeks was the time I should take between and after loading the cycle support fr a week, that will be about right on (actually 3 instead of 3.4 but hey).
Hopefully next log will be better. This ws my first run and my first log. Goals on next cycle are different as well. GREAT strength gains on legs while on havoc, but I think I overtrained arms. Chest did ok though. Next cycle I need to get the fat off!!!!
I hope 2200 is low enough to keep the muscle while I cut. I guess we will see!
