I bet you can with that spread!

Had a pretty good back workout this morning.

Meadow rows-
45 x 10
70 x 10
90 x 8
105 x 8
115 x 8

Supported rows- explosive
135 4 sets 6

Stretch pulldowns- to nose
200 3 x 8
These felt really good today!! Nice stretch and pump!!

DB shrugs- 3 sec hold
95's 3 x 12
Went up from 90's.

No deads this week because I ran short of time. I still sweat my ass off and had a hell of a workout. Better than most of my back workouts lately.
Ate Thansgiving dinner about 1 1/2 hours after my workout so I had one hell of a post workout meal :D

would you believe i only had one normal sized plate???

gym was on lockdown today so i chose to haz coffee cocktails and a few glasses of chardonnay~ "what of it?"

Haha, I did reallly well at my familys thanksgiving. One big plate of deviled eggs (6), turkey, ham, and green bean casserole. It was when I got home and unwrapped the leftovers that got sent home with us. Pumpkin pie, homemade mac and cheese , pumpkin pie, cheese dip, oh and pumpkin pie :D

Plate(s)-o-gainz, it sounds like.

I'm cooking rice and gonna eat leftover roast tonight. Lots of it...

Haha, I just fixed up my meals for tomorrow. Didn't have any rice or sweet potatos and didn't feel like cooking. So one meal is chicken breast with homemade mashed potatos, and the other is ham with mashed potatos. Guess I will get some carbs in anyway ;)

I love mashed potatoes.

Mashed cauliflower is as good too. Leaves open more carbs for extra food. :D

I used the weights that I had to drop to last week, but got more reps, so I count that as an increase :D

It was a little different today. My wife started doing cardio this week and asked if she could lift with me. I figured with it being Saturday and not being in any big hurry that it wouldn't be a big deal. She didn't do to bad. She followed my routine, but with lighter weights and a few less sets. I did spend a lot of time critqueing her form which made my rest periods longer that I would have liked. But I/we still both got a good workout in.

That's great man! Anytime a spouse joins in the gym is great. Miss that aspect in a relationship...

Agree with this. My wife keeps saying she'll go with me and I can't wait. I get a little envious when I see couples lifting together, especially when they're doing it right.

I hear ya.. always asking my wife to go for a run, she wont. I know the pace would be way slower and there would be some walking, but just would be fun.

my wife is in nursing school.. but she tries to stay in shape when shes not taking classes. I wish she would give more time to it nowadays but its just not in the cards.

Sorry guys didn't update last night. Wasn't feeling good so didn't get to workout. Kidneys were hurting/burning yesterday afternoon an evening , nauseous, shakey and sick last night. Woke up about 11 covered in sweat. Don't feel right this morning either plus anxiety high. Skipped clen and only one cup of coffee this morning. I'll see how I feel through today and may workout tonight. Going to lay off of stims for a bit and up my water intake. I've been just over a gallon a day.

its soo much more expensive tho
If you watch the grocery stores, they will put the frozen vegetables on sale. Makes it about $1 a bag and you can get about 3 or so cups of mashed cauliflower

That's great your wife went with you jd! I wish I could get my hubby to go! I hope you get to feeling better!

Thanks everyone! I posted this in my other log too, so I will put it here.

I felt a little better today. Kidneys were bothering me a little this morning by subsided as the day went on. I ate with no problems but did get a little nauseous during my workout tonight (legs).
My anxiety was pretty high all day and got bad enough at the gym I was almost ready to leave. I didn't take the clen this morning to see if it would help, which didn't. I don't think it is the T3 but I am going to drop it tonight too. They are the only thing I have added in that could be triggering my anxiety.

I bought another tub on BCAA/SAA's and will get another tub of G8 when I run out. I believe I have ran them both long enough to give a fair review.

G8 REVIEW:

On a scale of 1-5 where 1 is strongly disagree and 5 is strongly agree.

1. This product helped me fall asleep...... 5
G8 helped my relax even on the days I was stressed from work and life in general.

2. This product provided deep, restful sleep... 5
Although there were nights I did still wake up, when I did sleep I slept very sound.

3. This product enhanced my recovery......4
I rated this at a 4 because it is hard to tell if it enhanced my recovery because it is good already. But I believe anytime you sleep well you recover better. ;)

4. This product helped me relax......5
As stated above it definately helped me relax. When I first started using the G8 I compared the feeling to my teenage years of smokin' a little :bandit:

5. I really enjoyed this product and would recommend it to family and friends.....5
I would deffinately recommend this and have already to anyone who has problems sleeping. I was actually using a prescription sleep aid before I started this log and have not had to use it since I started using G8 :D

BCAA + SAA...

Same scale, 1-5

1) This product enhanced my recovery...5
Again my recovery is already pretty good so it is hard to say if it helped. But any extra aminos you take in is only going to help :)

2) This product helped me power through my training sessions...5
There was a few nights after work I was to tired to go to the gym and I believe the BCAA + SAA really helped me push through my workouts.

3) This product kept me hydrated...3
This would be hard to rate here as I drink a gallon+ every day of water.

4) This product tasted great...5++++
This is the best tasting amino product I have ever had, hands down!!!

5) I really enjoyed this product and would recommend it to friends and family...5
Again Yes I would recommend this product. My gym carries a few supplements and I am going to give the owner some of my BCAA + SAA to convince him to carry it too!

Thanks JD!

Would you min posting the G8 review here as well?
