Just got it in today and ready to go! Here’s some background on me.
5’11” 224lbs I’ve been training for about 4 years pretty consistent. Had low Testosterone and got on TRT last August so it’s been about 6-7 months I guess?

I train 5 days a week. Mwf will be weight training with supersets, drop sets, and a few high weight days sprinkled in. Tuesday and Thursday we do CrossFit style workouts (don’t shoot me).

Diet is set at 250g protein 150g fat and 175g carbs. Weight has been steady for a while but due to the TRT I’ve been in a slow but steady recomp. The plan is to keep the calories the same and see the Lipo 6 affects metabolism. Saturday’s are generally a low cal day, less than 2000. Just busy and don’t eat, Sunday is usually a minor refeed. Nothing major just whatever the family is having for Sunday lunch.

Additional supplements are a multi vitamin, fish oil, coq10, turmeric, vit c, red yeast rice, and a baby aspirin. I’ve been monitoring body temp and BP for the last few weeks leading up to this and temp average is 97.7 degrees F, BP is 140/82 with a HR of 57 bpm.

I will post progress pics and let you be the judge on fatloss. I will be watching BP closely as I’m predisposed to high bp. Mainly due to $$$ stress at home and work.

If I left anything out or something else you would like me to look for just ask!

Cool thanks for following along!

Ok so day 1 I got the bottle in the mail around 2 pm so I only got 1 dose today.

Training today was a crossfit style workout. We had 2 min to complete the following sets. We continued until we could no longer get the work done in 2 minutes.

15xKettle bell swings, 10x Kettle bell front squats, 5x box step ups- 7 full rounds I failed on the 8th.
As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes with proper form. 5x Deadlifts, 10x Burpees

Food today. I have been doing intermittent fasting so no breakfast. Lunch was an omelette with 6 whole eggs, 5oz lean deer sausage, shredded cheese, 1 cup plain oatmeal, 1 banana. Didn't get an afternoon snack today. Dinner was 10oz grilled chicken breast with 2 cups Protein plus pasta and basil pesto sauce(olive oil base). Ending the day with a double scoop protein shake with 1 tbls of creamer and 2 of heavy whipping cream. Total calories 2703.

Just a note, I'm not a competitive body builder, just a dude trying to look good on the beach. My diet is pretty good but I'm not going to be absolutely strict. I will stay in a deficit, some days will be right on and other days will be 500 under. This is how ive been doing it up to this point so for the sake of consistency I plan to keep it the same so I can accurately judge the results agains the ECA stack I did a few weeks ago.

Workout today was shoulders and abs. No cardio but lifting was fast paced. Here’s some lunch food porn. 12oz grilled chicken tossed in red hot on a bed of white rice fried with 1 egg and a tsp if olive oil. Also used 1 tbls of homemade spicy general tso sauce in the rice.

Only thing of note today is I noticed I wasn’t getting the jitters like I normally do from the lipo6. I looked at the old package and realized I had been taking the Lipo 6 black Intense which appears to be double the dose of the regular bottle. So I’ll stick with twice a day dosing and possibly go to 2 caps in the morning and one in the evening in a week or so. The benefit to the lower dosing is I’m not having trouble sleeping at night!

Macros were good. A little low on water consumption today so I’ll hit that pretty hard tomorrow.

Saturday was an off day. Chickens woke me up at 3am. Didn’t eat much. Only 1600cals. Today same thing, chickens woke me up at 3...who wants to come over for grilled chicken tomorrow? Lol higher calls today though I didn’t count. Pork enchiladas and a spinach salad for lunch. Ate all the leftovers for dinner. Still ate less than 3k cals my macros just weren’t in check but that’s the plan for Sunday’s.

Going to start adding some cardio back in this week. Shin splints seem to be healed up.

Quick note, got a really good arm pump today. No preworkout and I find a lot of times with heavy stims if I don’t take some citrulline my pump suffers. Doesn’t seem to be the case with the Lipo 6.

No real weight changes yet. Hanging around the 221# mark.

Workout today
.25 mile sprint + 25 pushups x4 fasted

Protein shake
Then hit 4 bicep exercises 4 tricep exercises and 2 ab. Bi and tri were 5x12 abs were 5x30

Sweet! Going good so far!

Today I was doing some grocery shopping and notice my midsection felt tighter. Didn’t have the sloppy feeling I normally do. I assume it’s mostly water weight since it’s only been a week but still, moving in the right direction!

Loving the energy. Got up at 4:45am took my first dose at 5:30 and never looked back. Crazy productive day and I didn’t get my normal afternoon sleepiness.

No increased body temp or blood pressure. Really happy about the BP. Like I said mine has a tendency to run high and a lot affects it. So this seems to be pretty safe regarding BP!


Cals came in at 2,981 today

Only thing I haven’t noticed that I’ve been expecting was appetite suppression. Due to trt I’m crazy hungry all the time, so that would be nice. I have appetite suppression on the Lipo 6 black intense, but with that comes some crazy shakes and jitters.

4:30 wake up took first dose at 5.

Workout today was HIIT kind of. Did a circuit of 5 rounds 15 reps for each exercise and .3mile on the treadmill between each set for 1.5 mile total. Lifts were
hamstring curls,
iso calf press,
body weight squats,
Russian single leg lunges,
Leg extensions
Took 25 minutes

Then did something different. On the treadmill with it turned off just walk forwards and then backwards so you are powering the belt. If that makes sense lol 3,2,1 minutes split between forwards and back.

Lunch today
8oz grilled chicken
8oz deer hot Italian flavored
1 cup rice
1 cup barillia protein pasta
3tbls basil pesto sauce
1 protein mint chocolate chip muffin thesolutions recipe with a few tweaks

Noticed veins in my legs today first time ever! I’ll upload a progress pic end of the week. BP still good. Honestly this is my favorite fat burner I’ve taken. I actually feel healthy while taking it. Most of the others I’ve used I feel like a cracked and get nauseous lol

2859cals today. In two meals unfortunately just didn’t have time for multiple meals today. Scale said 218.8lbs today so that put me down about 6lbs in 6 days. I’d guess a good bit of that is water weight as I had carbed up pretty hard on my birthday the 25th of feb lol

Took my BP and temp this morning. Temp is up about 1 degree from normal. BP is down to 129/80 with a pulse of 57bpm. Best numbers I’ve had in a while! So at the recommended dose I would say the impact to BP is none. I attribute the decrease to more added cardio.

In light of this I may sneak an extra dose in today. Stayed up too late last night and I’m dragging today. Took my first dose at 5:30. The next is going to be at 9:30 both fasted. The last will be 1:30.

Still no appetite suppression lol fortunately I don’t crazy sweets or anything like that. I crave spicy/salty things. Probably has a lot to do with my BP lol

Yeah I’m not sure either, haven’t really looked into it. It’s a double edged sword for me. I would rather feel hungry than nauseous but it does make dieting very hard when your always hungry lol no fat burner has mad me feel satiated without nausea. Most of the time the appetite suppression is just me feeling like I could puke!

Workout was back and Bi today. 4x25 on everything. No cardio today. Dealing with a calf strain or something. Ice and rest today to get ready for tomorrow’s 3miles

Lunch today. Got a salad mix on discount. Not eating the tortilla strips and I’m adding 6oz of lean turkey. Chipotle Ranch dressing. Not sure on the macros as I’m kind picking and choosing what I’m taking from the mix.

It’s not a big deal though because tonight is family pizza night at church and I’ll be stuffing my face with local pizza lol so I’m keeping the carbs out of the diet and keeping cals low today so I don’t totally blow it tonight. Tomorrow is CrossFit and going to be a pretty tough one so I’ll burn a ton of calories. Like I said I don’t get paid to do this so why eat like it to the point of making life difficult. Also passing up on free pizza is against my personal religion....

I’ve never bought the same fat burner twice but I really like the way I feel on this. And I would say it is as effective if not slightly more than eca. I was taking 200mg caffeine, 25mg ephedrine and 81 aspirin 2 times a day and my results the last week have been very similar to that if not slightly accelerated. One thing to note, I usually get some anxiety on eca and I’ve yet to notice that on the Lipo 6 so that’s all good!

Sorry for the monster post...had a lot to say today lol

Well if you’re gonna blow up your diet for the night might as well drop a nuke on it right? Lol ended up eating 9 pieces of pizza lol I’d estimate 200-300 calories per slice. Hard to know as it’s a local place and I’m not sure the exact nutrition. So even with that combined with the salad for lunch I’d venture a guess of 2800-3200 cals yesterday. Not to bad as far as total cals. Macros were all jacked up though lol

I’m seriously a bottomless pit right now. I ate that big meal and I’m starving still. Lol the intermittent fasting is awesome in a cut. I’d be eating 4000+ cals a day with 2 more meals added in lol my stomach is growling. Maybe I have a tapeworm?

Looking forward to researching DMZ in a few weeks. I’ve heard it likes to eat through food so maybe I can live vicariously through my research subject lol

Ok bumped the dose to 1 cap at 4:30am 1at 8:30 am and 2 at 1:30. No shakes, no irregular heartbeats, the chills are gone, and I have pretty solid energy for about 3-4 hours after a dose. BP is still checking in good, came in a little higher today but I’ve got some money stress today...gotta love when bills come in!

I think at least for me I adjust to stims pretty fast. But I definitely think it’s helping me in my cut. You can see some definition in my lower abs you couldn’t before. Which is pretty significant considering I’ve cut my cardio back significantly due to a strained calf. The week before starting I ran 10 miles. This week I ran 3.5 lol

Side note, from me talking about it my gym manager asked if she could have a few capsules to try since all she had tried/sold was the Intense and she didn’t like those because they made her feel sick. So she took 2 yesterday and liked them so much she actually placed an order with Nutrex so she can start selling what I’m logging in addition to the Intense.

I counted up i have 9 days left at 4 caps a day so I am at the halfway mark and holding steady at 218. I’m going to try and get to 212 by the end of the log which would be a drop from 224-212 in 3 weeks. I plan to do this with hopefully some more cardio. Also the scale hasn’t moved the last few days so I plan to drop the cals 200.

Overall I’m very pleased so far with the product, next time I run it I will probably buy a bottle of this and the intense. I’ll take the lower dose and build up to the higher dose. And in their website the 60ct bottle is $24.99 which is a great price for what I would consider a next level fat burner. Most others are just caffeine and still cost about the same. The only thing I would say it falls short in for me is appetite control. I’m about to eat my desk as I type this lol

Looking great!! Just wondering...why are you increasing the dose? Why not just keep it at suggested dose of 1 pill twice a day?

Also, Nutrex sells it on amazon too if you’re wanting more. The black like we have now is just under $18 with tax and everything.

Well 4 a day is the max I’ll take. It’s nearly the same dosing as the Intense which I’ve had great results with in the past. My biggest complaint was the shakes/and heart rate on the other so I’m testing this to see if it is an alternative to the intense. Rather than taking 2 caps of the intense, taking 4 evenly spread out should allow you to take the same dose with fewer side effects which is holding true so far. Also I bumped to see if it would help the appetite. Finally I’m a bigger guy so it would stand to reason more would be needed to achieve the same results as someone a more average weight.

I understand nutrex needs to put the 1-2 cap a day recommendation on it or someone will grab a bottle and start popping them like candy and end up having a heart attack!

That’s an awesome price for this in my opinion. In the future I will start with one bottle of what we have. Start at 2 caps build up to 4 then switch to 2 caps of the Intense.

Yeah mine really only happens on heavy stims but so far so good here!

My first two morning caps are completely fasted. First lunch dose is immediately before eating and the last dose is an hour or two after eating

Workout today was pretty simple. LISS cardio on the bike, 3 miles in 15 minutes then into weights
Smith machine shoulder press 4x8
Iso lateral raises 4x10
Seated DB front raises 4x10
Standing alternating DB press 4x8
Cable crunches/ obliques 4x left crunch, right crunch, center crunch 10 reps each
Double bicep cable curls 3x15
Vascularity was insane today for me. Definitely the leanest I’ve looked in a really long time.

Lunch today was a hodge podge of leftovers. 5oz of lean ham, 5pz lean turkey on a sandwich. And a leftover breakfast burrito with eggs, ham, and potatoes. Too many carbs but I’m too broke to throw food away lol I’ll eat low carb tonight and macros will come out right.

2,324 calories today. Took 4 caps again today, no side effects except looking leaner all the time. Weight is still hovering around 218/219 but I’m getting veins where I’ve never had them before and my midsection is really tightening up. I’m really hoping to be able to add in some intense cardio before the end of the week, just gotta see how the calf feels.

Awesome workout today. 4.5 miles on the bike to warm up then 5 rounds of

5 back squats
10 -24” box step ups with 40lb DB
15- 40lb DB front squat
20 burpees

Done in 35 minutes. Strength was down today. I was hoping to do the squats with 315 but 275 felt like the world so I ended up with 225 so I could maintain form a full ROM.

I broke my fast as I was starving this morning but did so with a protein shake. Lunch today is 9oz grilled chicken, 1/2c mushrooms sautéed in 2T olive oil and tossed in a homemade spicy honey garlic sauce(I like spicy things if you can’t tell!) 1.5T if honey and a load of red hot. Over 1c white rice

Dinner tonight was deer spaghetti with barilla protein pasta and homemade French bread. I used King Arthur whole wheat flour. One slice of the bread has 33 cals and 1.3g of protein. It was a little dense but overall really good

2198 cals today. I wasn’t really hungry so didn’t force food down. Didn’t sleep well last night and I’m kinda feeling a cold come on. I think those have something to do with appetite. Only got 3 caps in today because of waking up later. On the positive side I am down below the 218lb mark! Hit 216.8 today so back on the right track and 215 by the weekend should be doable

Thanks guys! It was actually my first attempt at it. Naturally being my own worst critic I wasn’t happy with it, but it’s not bad.

Workout today was chest and tri
Flat bench 6x5 lowering the weight slow. Last 2 set were forced negative reps. Absolutely brutal

Today was low volume but a lot past failure. Probably won’t be able to move tomorrow!

Measured my waist and it’s down another half inch! Checked arms and they were the same size so the weight lost is coming off the right places!

Ok sorry about missing yesterday. Not sure what changed but I’ve felt crappy since yesterday afternoon. Bloated, tired, no energy, muscles look flat, no vascularity, etc. As a result diet was crap today. Workout was flat. I’m thinking maybe it is some adrenal fatigue as I’ve been on stims for about 8 out of the last 10 weeks.


I counted up my capsules and I’ve got enough for a few days at 4 per day but I’m going to taper down. Mainly just to give my adrenal system time to adjust back to normal. I’ll keep updating as I see any info that’s relevant and I’ll leave my final review tomorrow. Overall I’ve been very pleased with the results though!

Ok so final review. Full discloser when I realized it was a lower dose than I was used to I was fully expecting to be disappointed. However, I really enjoyed the lower dose for the first week to 10 days but then I would have liked the higher dosed pills just to keep from taking 4 per day. I think for someone who is a stim junkie and a pretty decent sized person the lower dose is a great addition to a cut especially if the Lipo 6 Intense was used after a week or two. It seemed as if I built a tolerance to it pretty quick. In saying all that I definitely saw more results compared to the time leading up to this log. I ended up losing 8lbs on the scale. I believe it was closer to 10-11lbs but I started MK 677 a week ago to help with recovery from running. This has added some water weight for sure. I also lost 1.5 inches on my waist and this is the smallest my waist has been in probably 8 years?

I would say it is definitely the best commercial fat burner I have used. I would even say it is marginally better than an ECA stack but I felt significantly better on the Lipo 6 than the ECA. HOWEVER, it is not strong enough to do the work for you. It must still be combined with proper diet and exercise. Below I will add my before and after pictures! Thanks! :) I saved a couple capsules because I was able to buy a bottle of the full dose off a friend really cheap so I’m going to use those to work into the full bottle but I’m going to take a month or two off of the heavy stims.
