Helps hit my macros. Cook the oats before adding anything. That's where some people make the mistake. Select and Body Nutrition thicken the oats up. Dymatize, Cellucor, LG will all thin out your mixture. I like my oats thick, not runny. Sometimes I'll have this at breakfast and lunch. When I'm running 3500-4000 cals it helps hit my macros while keeping everything clean.
