Hi all I just finished my prep for my show a few weeks ago and strength is still going up and making gains in the next couple weeks I plan on doing an 8 week SARMs cycle as I will most likely compete in an open show in the next couple years right now I plan on building a strong foundation. I really enjoyed my experience competing naturally but I really want to take my physique to the next level.
Stats:
Current: 5ft11 177lbs at 11% bf
Goal: <187lbs at 12-13% bf
(Looking to add at least 5lbs of stage weight)
Strength:
b: 225lbs for 6 reps
s: 275lbs for 8 reps
d: haven’t tested because I wasn’t deadlifting during prep will be making sure I get to test my best on this lift for 6 reps.
I am looking for a 20% increase in all of my lifts. (I know this is achievable because I dieted down for prep and lost a lot of muscle which will come back due to muscle memory)
Diet:
Currently using Layne Norton’s PH3 calculator to calculate my macros he’s a pretty reputable dude. Logging my food religiously every day using MyFitnessPal.
Macros:
350g C, 85g F, 200g P = 2965 Cal
Carb sources: rice, oats, potatoes, pasta
Fat sources: eggs, peanuts, butter, fish, beef
Protein sources: beef, eggs, fish, chicken, whey
Training philosophy: I do not train heavy during prep to ensure I don’t injure myself (usually stay within 8-20 rep range) I will change that during this cycle because of the osta helping with joint and bone health along with MK677. Therefore I will be able to go down to the 5 rep ranges without risking injury or overuse. I like to hit every body part twice a week along wth calves and abs every second day. My training protocol will be this:
Day 1: power upper body
Day 2: power legs
Day 3: triceps and abs
Day 4: back, bis and calves
Day 5: chest, shoulders and abs
Day 6: legs and calves
Day 7: cardio
Every second week I make day 3 a cardio day and put my triceps into my day 5 workout
Cycle:
Weeks 1-9 ghrp 100mcg in the morning
Weeks 1-9 Mk677 15mgED
Weeks 2-9 GW: 10mgED
Weeks 2-9 Osta: 15mgED
Weeks 2-9 S4: 12.5mg2xED
