Lid sealed tight.

Smell: amazing

Mixability: great, no junk at the bottom.

Taste: freaking awesome!

Kick in time: I downed it in my car, drove across the street to store, by the time I walked back to milk section, I got the tingles. 10-15min. Clean energy n focus.

Okay, first workout down, arms/shoulders. Great pump!

Lat raise drop sets: 10x20lb, 10x10lb, 10x5lb x 3 sets

Db internal/external rotation 10x10lbx3,s/s with d/b scarecrows 10x5lbx3.

D/b incline curls: 10x25x3

Rev grip military press: 10x95x3

Single arm Rev grip cable curls: 10x25x3

Single arm cable tri push down 15,12,10x25x3

Rev fly 15x20x3 s/s with sup cable curl 20x20x3

Pumped.
 
legs this morning. good energy, strength wise, wasn't feeling it. good pumps in quads n calves though.

Back Squat: 135x10, 185x10, 225x8, 275x6, 275x5

Dead lift: 135x10, 185x10, 225x8, 275x3, 275x3, (finished with Jefferson dead lift, 275x1 each side,)

single leg ext: 70x10, 60x10, 50x10, 50x10, 40x10

standing calf raises (did them in v-squat machine, hunched over trying to make it as similar to a donkey calf raise, so don't know what the weight was)
12 reps x5 sets

time for lunch and relaxation before I go back to work at 4pm.

gave my boss 2 scoops of the white flood reborn to try out for his workout, I'll find out his thoughts when I go back in.
 
Jefferson deadlifts just feel awkward to me. How long did it take to get used to them?

Thursday was chest.

Friday Olympic lifts.

But, Friday I tried a sample of xpand by dymatize

It sucked. Wfr is a whole different level.
 
Shoulder n arms was awesome yesterday
Started with deads today instead of my usual squats then deads, bad idea.

Couldn't pull 315, and on 2nd set of 275, felt my back start to knot. So I stopped.

Home now, and it feels fine, glad I didn't push it.
I'll re hit legs tomorrow.
 
Better to end early a day then spend a couple weeks recovering! Excellent move and not letting the ego get the better of you.
 
Man, been super busy at work, trained 64 sessions last week.

Shoulders n bi's today. Didn't hit tri's.

I've been using this as an energy drink for work. Get nice pumps spotting clients

Def recommend it to those looking for a top notch, no bull shiit pre workout
 
I've dumped a scoop on my tongue before as a pickmeup at work, as well.

Tuesday I decided to go back to full squats, ass 2 grass.
Felt pretty week/tired despite using wfr.

topping out at 165 for 10. Not a lot.

Tried sumo dead lift using the 30lb str8 curl bar for fun. Topped out at 210 for 10.

Leg press was single leg one plate e/s for 15, by the 2nd set, started feeling nauseous, 4th set I went home fearing puking.
Not sure what was up, maybe blood sugar dropped to low? Idk.

Off wed

Thursday was chesticles.
Did something different.
Started with incline with 20's for amap, then went up 10lbs to the 70's.

Then started flat with the 70's, going down 10lbs for amap down to 30's.

Back to incline fly, starting at 30, going down 10 until I was at the 15's for amap.

Did one set of flat fly with 30's, then left to do cable fly's as it was getting too crowded for my liking.

Cable Flys were just 3 sets at 30lbs for 10 reps.

Pump in my forearms was so intense it started hurting a little.

Last time I felt pumped like that wad on m1t.

Chest hurts like a mofo.
Rest yesterday.

Back today.

Taking reduce xt 2 caps am, 2caps pm until I get used to training all day and getting my workout in.
 
ATG wears you out until you get used to them again. puking on leg day = you pushed yourself enough :fing02: lol

so, training has been going good. only thing is I hurt something in my right back side "pittL" muscles.

doesn't hurt when I row, only when I pull over head.

has put a damper on my back workout last week and this week. sucks.

hit everything else thought this week, going to give it another week. cant let it fully rest because I have to demonstrate exercises to clients.


One of my friends is going to be ordering some wfr he liked it so much. everyone who I let try it, loves this stuff. taste as we all know, is amazing, energy, pumps, focus is all there.

going to have to order a tub soon.

All the fancy stuff on the market, this is one of the best that works great, and taste even better.

Wfr for me has never been a disappointment and I recommend it to everyone who ask about pre workouts.
