Jbry’s Prolactrone log! BLR show us what it’s worth!

What’s going on! So after years of reading how awesome prolactrone is, I decided to run a bottle and give it a go.

im currently on trt and after about 3 months on mk677 I’ve been noticing some nipple sensitivity and gyno flare up.

i had initially thought this was estrogen related, as my last bloods showed my estrogen at 14, with my test at 500, so the doc was expecting some estrogen rebound once my body caught up.
Once I started experiencing nipple sensitivity he started me on some adex, which didn’t help any.

i finally decided to cut out the mk as of Monday, and it’s getting better, but there’s still some sensitivity.

now I’m going to give this a run to see how it treats me. I’ll be dosing it 3x per day.
I’ll be updating this daily.

After first day dosing 3 caps spaced out, I haven’t noticed anything.

i kid I kid. Any recommendations on best dosing? All 3 caps at once, or should I space it out?
@brundel any suggested ways to optimize this product?

Vitamin k, c, d.
Multi
Iron
Potassium
Calcium
Joint support

protein I use is syntrax matrix 5.0: 1 scoop
+
carnivore beef protein: 1/3 scoop.

also sip on an eaa product from alpha lion.

Can’t wait for this stuff to start working. Hope I don’t have to just order something else.
It wasn’t cheap.

Came back from the doc today. Nothing out of wack. Estrogen was a tiny bit higher than they want. (37, they’d like it under 35) total test was a little over a thousand.
nip sensitivity is the same.
i didn’t ask what my prolactin was, but I’ll call back and ask so we can see if there’s any changes.

Nipple sensitivity is starting to get better.

One thing I’m noticing is my libido has dropped significantly since starting this.
Nip sensitivity is back strong again.
I’m on 120mg test c a week (Mondays) and started with 125mg test E Thursday. So that bump in test is probably the reason for the drop in sensitivity.

thinking of tossing the rest of the bottle and starting a low dose of prami.
So far it’s done nothing for me. Complete waste of money imo.

So I stopped the prolactrone and started torem and prami.
soreness is gone and gyno is shrinking.
Hate that I wasted money on this.
Do not recommend.
