Thanks Jason, now I'm all by myself again. Damn. The stigma of being the only one without a log is starting to give me a complex. Hhhhmmm... :think:

Sorry about that. Nothing wrong with being unique. LOL Im about to head off to the gym and pull a deadlift max! :dl: Hopefully it goes well!

Done and done man! See below:

Last week of my Vyotech log, so its testing week. I hit my max DL today, and am going to hit a max Squat and Good Morning on Wednesday. My old PIR(post-injury record) on the deadlift with my super-secret super stance was 515lbs. Today I managed to get a 555! 40lb PIR! I think it may have been a bit more, but I got a little overzealous and tried to pull 605lbs about 90 seconds later:D I missed at 605 twice and called it a day. Im pretty impressed with this, as I havent done lots of hip work as of late, which is vital to the DL. Oh well. Ill take a 40lb jump in a month and run with it! Im excited to get back into PL when I get back home, which could very likely be at the end of this week! Im going to do the rest of todays workout tomorrow. Not necessarily the best plan ever, but I dont think that it will hinder my recovery only doing it for a week. I guess we will find out, good or bad!

Very nice work Jason. It looks as if the arm isn't slowing you down too much. Great work on the deads. Now if I could add a few pounds to mine... :D

Hitting some AM cardio tonight as opposed to the weights. Im a bit more sore today than I expected. Intervals will be done on the elliptical machine and 30 minutes on the treadmill.

TT: 150x12 (both Arms)SS

TT: 110x23 rp

Pullover Machine
LT: 180x13 RP

Donkey Calf Raises
LT=315x15 DC style
TT=405x10
Leg Curl 1 and a halfs
LT=160x12
TT=200x10RP

Machine Squat
LT=315x10,10
WM=235x38
TT=405x23!

This was a maximum attempt. I blew alot of blood vessels in my face and my eyes...I look like a freaking demon! My son is going to be scared to death when I get home!

There were no work sets for quads done proir to this. My widowmaker last time was done after 2 working sets on the same machine. I ****ed up and forgot my belt, so I felt that I would've been doing Vyotech a disservice by not replicating as close as possible the conditions for testing my max. However, I think that going from 235x38 to 405x23 gives you an idea of how improved my leg strength is. I might try to go tomorrow to try a squat and GM max however, as it is my leg day again.

Hello Dolly Machine
LT=160x20 RP
TT=160x24 RP

Those are some good number man! How does your Tattoo of Pride (Iraqi sob injury) affect you ability to do certain lifts?
