So decided to log the mini bulk I discussed in Hulk's log.

The Cycle:
Test Cyp 400mg ew for 10 weeks with standard PCT
The Diet:
3000-3200 Calories per day (200-220g protein)
The Goal
Get to 220lbs
Starting stats:
210lbs 5ft 9in 17% bf (which I will keep at 17-18%)

I will update the weeks progress once a week. Did first pin today. The rest of the log can just be used for ****in about as only we can :D

Made keto bread so I'm a happy camper - dunno if I was supposed to eat the whole pan, but I needed a bread fix!

Theres recipes for very low carb breads. Somewhere between 30-50gm carbs a day depending on how carb sensitive you are can keep you in ketosis.
Ah I thought you were supposed to have absolutely 0 but then again fruit has sugar in it so.... guess I didn't think hard enough.
 
Keto bread? Isn't the point of keto to have no bread?

Ahhhhhh grasshopper - the point is to have minimal carbs, so if you can figure a way to make it with minimal carbs.....which I did!
Almond flour and a bunch of ground up high fiber/healthy fat seeds (flax, chia, etc) with hot spices, a little coconut oil, an egg. No measuring - man style; add stuff till it's a good consistency and then bake.
 
In my defense, I've never had to purposefully cut in my entire life.

If it wasn't so far to the hood from where I live, I'd drive there and kick you right in your vagina for that statement. For some reason, I've been packing on the weight during this Andro stack.

Subbed. Curious. Why not run 500mg a week for a longer run. It takes a good 4-5 weeks to start kickin in. By then, you're almost done.. Just food for thought.

Totally agree here... 400x10 is very much on the low/short end of useful cycling...
