I first want to say THANK YOU Usp Labs and especially Kenton. Kenton, your professionalism and manor in which you speak, only shows me daily that I made the right choice to go with USP. Besides your untouchable & amazing supplements, your attitude and the time you put in for research are so far superior to any other company out there. What you say is the truth, and you back it with multiple studies and references.
Again, without you guys, I wouldn't be where I am if it wasn't for your generous company and wonderful, no BS information and products!

Whew, that was a mouthful! Haha!

Now, for an introduction for those of you who don't know me. My name is Sean and I live in North Carolina. I am 25 years old, stand 5'7'' and weigh around 308. I am focusing on my first bodybuilding contest in July of 2009. I am taking a year to train for this, as it will be a pro-qualifier with the INBA. I will be entering the novice and open class, and don't plan on losing either. My contest weight will put me right around 233 or so pounds, which should be easy thanks to USP and your kick A products. I plan on winning my pro card, then competing in the Team USA and Natural O for my first pro show. I feel with my thickness and size, I have a good chance of winning. And, of course, if I have the conditioning like Joe or Doug, there will be no doubt winning is the only answer! You guys are such an inspiration! Keep up the amazing progress! I will try and get some newer photos and videos up here for everyone!

Now for the nitty-gritty...I am not going to post each meal of what it consists of, but if you want to know, just email or pm and I will go into greater detail.

My supps look like:

Whatever Usp sends me! No seriously, I am running Anabolic, Recreate, PSlin and Powerfull. I am taking some xtend, glutamine, multi & nitrix. Just cant say enough about how Usp products not only compliment, but enhance the effects of the other supps! Makes me pumped just thinking about the gains!




My diet looks about like so:

Protein-400 grams
Carbs-250
Fat-50

I love shakes and for my body, more shakes work well with me. I do about 4 shakes a day, and 2 meals. Each shake contains a natty pnutbutter/almond butter & some sort of fiber, typically 2 tbsp flax seed. Fiber runs around 30-40 grams daily...which means I dont have any problems :toilet: That is done for my 5 training days. Each training day consists of weights and cardio.

My rest days I will drop my caloric intake to right around 2000 calories. I go by how my body feels on these days, so I may consume and equal amount of pro/carbs or it may be off a little...Again, the best way for knowing what works is going by feel and mirror!

My training looks about like so:

Cardio is done right after I workout. I train with a mixture of heavy weights and heavier. My reps are varied, but typically between 6-10 reps. I do calves twice a week. Every other body part is trained once a week. My cardio is 150 minutes/week right now. I will run this time for 2 total weeks. Every 2 weeks I will increase about 1 session, or 30 minutes.

Who knows where I will end up with Usp giving me the support! This is such a rare bread of company, and I am so happy I am here! I hope that, in turn, I can be of any assistance for anyone.
