So I was just reading some of the information on the back of my tub of jack3d. I seemed to have missed a part that says do not take 5 out of 7 days, I've been on a pretty intense crossfit workout 6 days of the week and I'm pretty sure I've taken it almost everyday for 3 weeks now.. woops. Guess ill take a break off it tomorrow :/... :speechless:
