Ok, what's everyone's condenses? A tablespoon before and after training or something different?
 
Waay better. Later you can do 3 pre, 2 post. If you count cals you should count tha too as its food. I find it better for me to take it one-one hour and a half pre

Is that right? Huh, I guess I've been getting a little extra calories. It makes sense to count it. I just never have...
 
I take them as a suppository and have had incredible results at four Tbsp pwo
