So i always use a egg whites, leucine in my protein shake .. and for some reason today, i was craving for some focusXT ..usually i just dont have this stuff until i real need the kick .. so today i did .. focusXT(pink lemonade) + egg whites ..delicious
2 - 1/3cups of egg whites = 4large eggs
8 oz of water
1 scoop of focusXT
.. very tasty, i was scared of the taste ..so i didnt mix in my usual olive oil and leucine .. but will try it tommorow
but for those that have focusXT .. should def try with egg whites .. kinda adds that more tart flavor to it and makes a great snack
