Lower than most use but enough to see results. I've read that you can get great results on 350mg tren a week and with keeping test at natural levels, I'll keep my normal functions going strong while letting the tren do it's stuff. If it goes the way I'm hoping, there should be minimal sides and great results. And I'm going to boost things a bit in the last 2 weeks to 455mg/week to see how a higher dose feels. Depending on how this cycle goes, I can always play with higher doses on a future cycle.

You're more than welcome to follow along bro and offer your own experiences and knowledge as well as learn what you can from this crew. There's a lot of very knowledgeable people in here already and I suspect a few more still to join. The people around here are genuinely concerned for other's well being so if you think they are coming off as belittling you, they're not. They've just come across some real DBs that are jumping into the game way too early and are bound to fûck themselves up. So I just ask that you be more understanding and less defensive, because these are all very cool people up in hyah! :-)

you should try to forgive your self for f*cking your self up running tren for your first cycle and not knowing some of the most simple dietary principals out there. please do everyone a favor, get off the juice, check your attitude at the f*cking door and sit back and learn. do a little reading. its really quite nice to do a bit of that when you're truely interested in something and really want to learn it. you never know. maybe youre not intelligent enough to learn whats written in a book because its not what you want to hear. idk.

So what do you have planned regarding your training style and cardio while on, or will that be something you'll figure out as you go? Regarding your question about macros, you should be able to eat more carbs but be careful about doing so in public because you'll be breathing hard, red, and sweaty. Very excited to see what kind of results you get with this cycle.

I'm planning on utilizing the setup I used through my last cycle. 4 days a week, legs, chest, back, shoulders. First exercise will be a compound movement w/ barbell focusing on heavy weight at 3-5 reps for 3 working sets. Next exercise will be 8 sets of 8 using dumbells or single limb movements at 30-60 second rests. Finally to finish the muscle off, 3 sets of 12 of an isolated movement at a slow, controlled tempo of 4-2-4.

Example of chest day:

Bench Press 3x3-5
Incline DB Press 8x8
Cable flies 3x12

Depending on time and fatigue I'll throw in some arm work and abs throughout the week.

Dude I like the set up. I'd personally do even higher rep last exercise but I may play with that.

I'll usually finish with db flys 5x15 and then half the weight and do them to absolute failure including rest pauses for a sixth set. Usually get somewhere around 25-30 reps if I'm really putting in work

I had amazing results at 350 tren 175 prop. No need to go higher for a first cycle. Tren is beastly stuff.

What's your dosing scheme look like? I only ever tried 50tren/20-25prop ed. Heard many that go eod but may have more sidrs

Hey gang! That's right...I'm running a low test / high tren 8 week cycle! Been doing a LOT of research over the past several months and now the time has come! I'm really just looking to recomp by adding some muscle and lowering bf. Here's the layout...

Week 1-4: Test P @ 15mg/day
Week 5-8: Test P @ 20mg/day
Week 1-8: Tren A @ 50mg/day
*There's a little extra tren so I may be upping dosage for the last couple weeks depending on sides

Support
Exemestane 12.5mg/day
Prami .25mg/day

PCT
Torem 100/75/50/25

That's the gist of it. I've got all my support supps and precautionary measures on hand. Diet will be clean clean clean! I'll be keeping calories at maintenance since tren is so good at utilizing nutrients more efficiently.

I'll throw up current measurements and pics on Sunday since this is when I'll consistently be doing it throughout my cycle.

true. i'm a big dumb meat head, its hard to keep timing and rep count. thats why i just would use a higher rep #. lmao. im serious though i'm gonna put my beast modifications on this and use it though i think.

I was originally thinking 25/100 Test/tren eod but after doing some research I felt like 15/50 ed was best for keeping sides to a minimum, less fluid to push into the muscle at one time, and better plasma consistency. I don't mind sticking myself either...actually I kinda like it lol.

Haven't really had a chance to go over everything yet man but I did see that your using prami, my advice, start low, like very low and work your way up. Its called puking prami for a reason and I found out the hard way .25 had me spewing my guts out for hours. Also dosing prami before bed daily has a positive effect on GH release.

Planning on mornings but after my workout in case I have to deal with pip. I can't imagine it will be too bad though since I'm not pushing so much liquid in at once. I don't know though, has anyone seen any difference with pinning PrWO?

Definitely dosing before bed. I've seen that it can cause lethargy which is not something I need to be dealing with at my job. I have to talk to too many people and be "persuasive" lol. Plus with tren causing people to have a hard time sleeping, it seems to help with falling asleep. My first doses of prami will start at .125mg and work from there...if I even need to.

Exemestane (aromasin) is an aromatase inhibitor. The aromatase enzyme is what converts test to estrogen. Obviously if you're putting more test into your system then that potentially creates more estrogen and is where the unwanted sides come from (ie. Gyno). Exem binds to the aromatase enzyme and permanently takes it out of commission unlike arimidex and other AIs that can unbind from the enzyme, allowing it to convert test to e again. Now I'm not putting more than natural amounts of test into my system and tren (supposedly) does not aromatize so one would think there's no need for an AI. But as beast mentioned earlier, there's no real proof as to what tren can potentially do in any given individual. Everyone reacts differently to these drugs so I feel it makes sense to err on the side of caution. But another benefit of exem that I like is its ability to lower SHBG so I'll theoretically have more available free test floating around...also why I feel the low test doses will be more than sufficient, especially since we naturally create 70mg of test in a week's time on average.

Since tren acts like a progestin in the body you need to have something to keep prolactin levels down. Pramipexole assists with keeping prolactin levels low through your dopaminergic system (which is where the lethargy comes from). It's also known to increase GH quite a bit. High levels of prolactin are known to cause gyno and is the main reason why guys can't get a erection while on. It's the same thing that happens after you orgasm, which is why it's hard (pun intended) for guys to have multiple orgasms...but not impossible. :-D

That's the best I can do to explain what I've learned so far. There's other guys/gals that will probably be able to explain things better...and probably more accurately. But I hope that helps!

Thanks bro! And actually I'm swiping on my phone lol. When I was talking about multiple orgasms I just meant naturally, nothing that prami does for you. When you orgasm guys release prolactin which causes you to go limp, making it hard to have multiple orgasms. Though I can see how prami would allow allow a guy to have multiples since prolactin is suppressed. I guess I'll have to experiment with that. :-)

At 36 I can typically be ready to go in a few minutes but it doesn't usually happen because by the time I go, my wife has gone a few times and is usually ready to be done lol.
