ITS BACK ON! Turinabol/Test E/SD

Hit it strong this morning felt great went up on incline dumbbell bench with 90lb dumbells for 5 sets 8,8,8,6,6 felt like an animal new pr on those. Then went on to hit flys. I have been hitting trisets for shoulders with upright rows laterals and bent over laterals and they are blowin up. Also hit some tris and ill have to hit abs this evening because I ran out of time this morning. Weight today was 197 and staying fairly lean this cycle! That puts me up 17lbs in 4 weeks all is good!

Hit legs back and bis this afternoon went in strong on my squats 295lbs all 5 sets 6-8 rep range very deep felt awesome however my right hip has been giving me some fuss the past couple weeks. I probly just need to go see a chiropractor and get adjusted. weight today was 198 lbs +18 I need to update that I have increased my caloric intake to 3500 calories on workout days and 3k on off days
 
Hit it hard today however I injured my left shoulder I can barely lift it at this point. I don't know if it was the heavy incline presses the flat flys or the dips but I really did a number on it. I will be taking a few days off to allow recovery and then I will work back into training heavy

I feel for ya man, I tore my supraspinatus tendon a couple years ago. Shoulder injuries are definitely not fun.

I just hope I can get back on track in a couple days no more than a week hopefully. Ill keep eating up and be sure to get plenty of rest plus I'm icing this thing like crazy I just passed the 200lb barrier and I would hate to have to take longer than a week off but it all depends on how bad I hurt my shoulder
 
Bro keep doing legs on machines like press , extension etc while not using your shoulder

Yea I definately will still be training my lower half. Unfortunately things like squats and barbell lunges are out of the question but plan on doin leg presses,extensions, and curls along with some calf raises and what not I'm hoping its a tight muscle I had a massage therapist do some work on me today and they said my shoulder was knotted up pretty deep hopefully that's all it is
 
Got back in the gym today after taking 4 days off to heal my shoulder. Got a great workout and hit chest tris shoulders and abs. I took this as a full mind and body break and ate what I wanted proud to say when I got back to the gym today I actually lost 2 lbs which surprised me weight is 198 ready to get back after it I'm going to continue lifting lighter this week and gradually get back to where I was before the injury. at least I'm back lifting!
 
Weight today 203 lbs. Diet has been a little sloppy recently. I have been getting a rash around my left eye and up the side of my head and it keeps getting worse. Has anyone experianced this before what should I do? Do I need to go to the hospital?

I've finished my kicker of alpha 20 now just on test e for a few weeks till I bring in the sd and I too have a rash but on my chest neck and right bi

Yea mine is progressively getting larger it started on my temple now forming around my eye and neck I just don't know if I should be concerned

I your that worries about it go to the doctor, it's probably just an allergic reaction to something. I wouldn't stress unless its painful and or itchy!

Holdin at 200-205 just finished up my turinobol and wiil be goin on sd in 4 weeks I need to up my calories about 500-1000 to get the ball rollin again although I have been leaning out some arms up 1.5 '' which is pretty sweet
 
Sorry all for the lack of updates I started sd 2 days ago at 20mg weight is currently 205 which is +25lbs so far I have added some gainer shakes to my meals due to lack of weight gain currently eating 500g carbs 300g prot and 60g fat per workout day and 100 less carbs on rest days I keep having issues with tendonitis and have been getting a lot of leg injuries playing football with some buddies and haven't hit legs in 2 weeks due to a messed up knee and ankle all in all though I feel this has been a successful cycle
 
Hit shoulders this morning but tendonitis in my right elbow is killing me weight this morning was 208 still dosing 20mg sd ed and keeping calories above 4k I believe I have two injections left with 3 weeks of sd then moving into pct
 
Gotta start upping your fish oil & joint supp intake! Doing so should decrease the joint pain & keep the tendinitis at bay.
 
Yesterday was my last injection and I have decided to keep the superdrol at 20mg all 4 weeks and I currently have 2 weeks left while the test is clearinng my system thanks to a fellow member for suggesting this! I can tell the superdrol has kicked in and doing its job weight yesterday was 208. I was at the movie theatre this weekend and this old marine made my day. He come up to me and asked "do you lift weights to look like that"? I replied yes sir. He said "u remind me of me back in the day but your a little bigger. I said thank you sir that means a lot lol. Makes me feel awesome that probably one of this nations toughest military vets complimented me on my physique
 
Its been too long since ive been on cycle for those that followed my last log of Test E/SD welcome back. Weight before cycle last year was 155 I'm still weighing in at the 180 mark 5'8" I'm kicking this cycle off with 40mg turinabol for 4-6 weeks and test E at 500mg /week for 12 weeks. The last 4 weeks I will include SD at 30mg ed I am dosing exemestane at 6.25 mg ed and dosing liv52 @ 3 pills per day I have clomid on hand for pct as well. I am dosing my turanabol twice a day twelve hours apart 20mg AM and 20MG pm I welcome all who joins this epic ride!

How much estrogen do you think is going to be floating around when 1 he will have low test and 2 he's running an AI. Not enough to cause issues, you have your facts right as to one of the benefits of running nolva but it isn't a necessity. Clomid will restart his hpta just fine.

I just always run both and an AI on cycle to be safe
 
Well today marks day 1 of pct I'm running 50/50/25/25 with clomid and tapering letro up then back down to reduce a gyno flare up after I am wrapped up with the letro I will also run 2 weeks tamoxifen at 20/10 after my 4 weeks of clomid to combat the rebound from letro then after the 6 week pct I will be leading into a natty stack from ai sports that I snagged up during their holiday 1/2 off sale I picked up 3 glycobol 3 testopro 3 stoked 3 hgh pro and 1 massularia!
 
What's your thoughts behind doing letro therapy during pct? That's a sweet deal on that natty stack bro!

I think its a bad idea and its gonna suck since I won't have test in my system to keep my energy levels high but I would rather have that than gyno any day of the week

Yeah I can't imagine it would be very nice lol. Been reading into gyno a lot recently and it seems there may be a better way to go about it rather than letro therapy. Look into raloxifene and tamoxifen combined for a less painful way to go about it.

Alright for everyone still following I'm in PCT right now almost a week in weight today was 209 lbs so +29 lbs since beginning of cycle I have added quite the stack for PCT since I stocked up black Friday! My stack currently consists of glycobol, testopro, massularia, pure test DAA, super cissus, liver detox, fish oil, super mass gainer, BCAA's, revolution PCT, clomid, letrozole and animal pak! Layout looks like this

Wake up eat breakfast and take - 2 glycobol, 2 massularia, 2 testopro, 2 pure test DAA, 1 liver detox, 2 super cissus, 2 fishoil

Pre workout - BCAA's

Post workout - 1/2 serving super mass gainer + 1 scoop iron whey protein

Lunch/post workout meal - 2 pure test DAA, 1 fishoil, 1 animal pak

Early evening meal replacement - 1/2 serving super mass gainer + 1 scoop iron whey protein

Dinner - repeat breakfast supplement stack

Late evening - revolution pct, 50mg clomid

Before bed - 2.5 mg letrozole

What are all of your thoughts I figured since my body is no longer on strong compounds I would need a meal partitioner for carbs so I can keep my cals high in PCT without getting flabby so I chose glycobol. (testopro, pure test, and revolution pct) will help in raising my natural test levels back to normal. Clomid for obvious reasons, letrozole to attack some gyno issues, super cissus to combat sore joints on letrozole, liver detox for liver health, animal pak for my multi and super mass gainer to help get cals high.
 
Also massularia to keep strength high while getting T levels up. I am currently training 2 days strength 2 days hypertrophy training.
 
Well the soreness is back I hate recovery when I'm not ''on'' also the letro is really drying out my joints so I'm going to try and get some more joint support in. Why is it that I rage more in pct then when I'm on cycle. My temper is just through the roof weight today was 205 so +25 lbs I can tell the water is going away I'm looking leaner in the mornings still eating like a hoss though
