Itchy nipples and high E2

So i am on my 3rd week of 250mg 2x/ week so 500mg test e total.

Was starting to feel a little sluggish last week so decided to go and do some bloods.

Everything looked very good besides the E2 which was at 309pmol/l of a ref range between 20-150 pmol/l

Now i have been taking anastrozole .12.5mg EOD since the start of this cycle nad the last 3 days my left nipple has started to itch.

Took 1mg of anastrozole yesterday and 1mg today, took also 40mg nolva today.

(I have Letrozole on hand also)

What should i do in this case?

Should i continue to take 1mg AI until my nipples stop itching and then go back to 0.5mg ED and how often should i take nolva?
 
Sounds like your AI might be bunk. Personally I would take 1mg a day along with 20mg nolva until the itching goes away. Then drop the nolva to 10 mg eod and drop your AI to .5mg eod or e3d. And go from there.

If the itching does not go away and you start to feel a lump forming your stuff is bunk and you need to drop down to 100mg/ week test until you get legit ancilliaries.
 
The anastrozole is not bunk as i am getting it from prescription for my TRT. The nolva is from black market so not sure yet
 
Its crazy your estrogen is still that high then.
 
Yea i am very prone. When i started trt Nebido 1000mg shot i had 248 in E2 before i got AI.
I was taking 0.5 twice a week.

Sorry, for clarity do you mean 12.5mg of asin eod from the start? Or .125mg adex?

Jumping from 0.125mg Adex eod to 1mg ed is massive. If all you have is itchy nips rather than definite lumps I’d have just upped that to 0.5 eod to start with bro. You want to reduce estrogen, not kill it and spit on its grave.

I understand your reasoning there but when i got my labs yesterday in 300pmol/l E2 and ref range is under 150, i thought why not take 1mg in 2 days row with 40mg nolva and then go to 0.5 arimidex ed

I’m 100% sure your not dosing arimidex at 12.5mg bro. That’s a typical aromasin dosage?

I’m far from an expert on this (but I’ve just had mid cycle bloods back myself and my estro is through the roof) but my understanding is that it’s about the ratio of test to estrogen. Obviously your test would have been above normal range so you would expect (and want) your estro to be. You need estrogen as well as test to get big and strong, you just want a good balance.

Itchy nips is just a sign that estro might be a touch high, if you had lumps then yeah you kill it before you get real problems but to me itchy nips is a moderate increase in ai situation.

Disclaimer - not an expert, you wake up with a third titty tomorrow it’s not my fault lol

But seriously, don’t crash your estro bro

I think the OP means .5mg Adex and just confused it with a half dose of aromasin (12.5mg)

Go get bloods after switching to 1mg of adex. Then adjust accordingly. Nolva is a good safety measure until you get dialed in.
 
Sorry guys. You see what high E2 can do to you lol

Forget the 12.5mg.

One tab of dex is 1mg so i took 0.25mg EOD.
Once i got back my bloods (yesterday) i took 1mg dex.
Today i took 1mg too + 2x20mg Nolva.

As of now the itchiness is almost gone so something is happening.

NOW, what approach should i go with now?
Take 1mg dex EOD And 20mg Nolva ED?
I am confused right now on if i should continue nolva while taking arimidex.

(Plan is to take new E2 tests next Friday again)
 
I would go with .5mg adex eod with some nolva, then taper the nolva after the symptoms go away but continue the adex dose

One normal full dose, 1mg I think it is, will almost certainly crash e2 as a last resort. It's either 1mg or 25mg, I forget how they dose Letro.

Letro comes in 2.5mg tabs, but it’s a pain in the ass to dose it. I don’t think it will be necessary though.

UPDATE::djparty:

The itching is now gone but i am still afraid of developing tissue under my nippies..

So i've been taking 1mg adex ED since Tuesday till today with 40mg Nolva Tue-Today.

AND this morning i got new bloods on my E2 which came back at 128pmol/l (On Monday 18th it was 308pmol/l)
SO the 1mg Adex has done what it's supposed to and i am now evaluating if i should do 0.5mg ED or go with 1mg EOD or even 1mg ED???
At the same time i am NOT going to stop taking Nolva. I really want to be on the safe side than to be sorry when it is too late.

So here is my plan right now:
Tomorrow Sat 24th i'm planning to take 1mg adex + 20mg nolva.
Sunday: 0..5mg adex+ 20mg nolva.

Then as stated before, i'm not sure if i should go with 0.5mg ED or 1mg EOD.

Looking for your guys input here too.

P.S: I have Letro... Should i run with that for 1 week to really be on the safe side to not develop any gyno, or should i just run like i do now?

If I had persistent itchy nips even after upping a normal AI dose I'd just take the 2.5 once and crash it out and be done with it, then go back on Adex or switch to aromasin at a daily dose. That might be unorthodox to you guys but I've never had gyno go past itchy nips and I am not about to start now.
