Alright, decided on next natty run. Running for 8 weeks. Goals are strength and mass. Current weight 164-166.

Ep1c unleashed - 2 PWO
DermaStrength - 1 pump AM+PM
Anabeta - 2 caps AM+PM with meal.
PA (SL) - 2-3 tbs AM/ 2 tbs PWO.

Staples: Serious mass, Green mag, fish oils, vit D, multi, bcaa, NAC.

Diet: 3000-3500 cal

Routine: PHAT

If I'm not mistaking I ordered 2 bottles of epic. 4 bottles of derma. 2 bottles anabeta, and 2-3 tubs of SL!

So decided to stagger the run like this.

ep1c- Weeks 1-16
Anabeta- Weeks 4-12
SL- Weeks 4-12
Derma- Weeks 8-16

Thanks to USPlabsRep Ill be running Ultimate T with Derma for weeks 8-16 or directly follow the end of this run.
 
Was seriously thinking of running this same program with same stack minus the dermastrength for the next 16 weeks!!

Well I've been on follidrone (same as epic) for the past 4 weeks. Other then that yeah I'll be starting the others at the same time.

Maybe try just adding the SL to begin with to see how it works for you, that alone would be a really good combo
 
Yeah I could try staggering supplements to see which ones really produce results. I've tried anabeta before and had great results. Never tries SL or derma. So that might be a good idea.
 
Sick! Why not the derma? Have you tried the phat program yet?

I have not ran a TD yet but for lax content Id pick derma over oral lax any day based on absorption percentages I've read. I have a feeling that with all those supps I would hit a point of diminishing returns so I may run derma separately but there's already so many anabolics in that stack that idk if my body would benefit from another substance, but that's just my speculation (also, I have to be semi-conservative as a college kid even with working full time).
Also, I have not ran PHAT. I really like the theory behind it and it addresses my goals of strength and size. Im currently debating on phat/GVT/doggcrapp.

Except EP1C has phytoFUSE technology, which should improve absorption of (-)epi by 200-600% : )

I'll be running that same stack minus the ABE. Good luck man.
 
Would anyone recommend me staggering these out to 12 or even 16 week run? If so any recommendation on how I should do so? Or should I jump in and do all for 8 weeks to see the best results? I know none of these shut you down so I shouldn't have any problems with that, right?

Are you guys running SL year round?

I really enjoy running epicatechin. It gives me great endurance and its amazing how much it aids me with my cardio. I can run further at a higher pace. So for me it might be a staple from here on out.

Thats what intrigued me to give it a try. Looking forward to running it and seeing how it compares! Ive had good results with the original anabeta in the past so i thought I might through it in there to give the new formula a try.

I might be looking into staggering the stack now. So I can gauge the efficiency of each one since I haven't ran SL, or derma before. I am really enjoying Phat currently. I had to add in a few sets to each exercise because I feel like a wasn't getting a good workout with only 2 sets.

Here are a few tips that might help you stagger. Ideally you'd want to find out what does what as fast as possible since the sum effect of them combined will be more profound than individually.

1. PA from SL. You should be able to see the initial weight gain 0.08-2lbs from increased nitrogen retention inside of two weeks. I noticed at about day 8-10. Increased endurance and muscle fullness from 10+ days out. Long term benefits (fat loss, greater endurance, muscle growth from enhanced mTOR activity will all come with time).

2. EP1C, acute results from NO production first few workouts, results within the first 2 weeks for slight strength increase (gets better over time) and endurance (also gets better over time). Muscle growth & fat loss with more time.

3. DermaStrength...imo this one takes the longest to get the full effect. Not because it isn't working the whole time, but because imo it doesn't have the initial acute visual benefits as does eip or PA. With that said though, increased endurance and recovery I'd say within 2 weeks, with the obvious ongoing benefits over time.

With all that in mind, if it were me, I'd run PA first or 2-3 weeks, then EP1C on top of that 2-3 weeks, followed by Derma on top of those two for the remainder of the run.

I definitely like the idea of staggering it bro. It will help you be even more precise with future runs to determine what supps to keep or not. Are you doing essentially the same workout as the PHAT from simplyshredded with ~4 sets per exercise instead of 2 or have you modified it some?

Yeah I agree. Looking at running it like this.

Epic weeks1-16
SL 4-12
Anabeta 4-12
Derma 8-16

Yeah I'm currently using simply shredded phat program. I'm pretty much sticking with what they have planned beside the exception of more sets. When they give options for a workout, this or that, I usually do both. They say stick with it for at least 3 months to see results. So far loving it.
 
Phat is an awesome workout program. I'm running it right now and seeing awesome results
 
Just finished my first day of phat. Added the extra sets like you suggested and pushed myself almost to the point of puking with 60 second rest periods. Phenomenal workout. Im excited to see what results I can achieve with this program along with a similar stack as yours man
 
Update: First day of week 4.

Back/Shoulders hypertrophy day

Nothing worth mentioning. Pump was good. Lecithin was hard to get down. Will be experimenting with other methods of delivery.

Awesome! Good to hear you enjoyed it. Remember you have to work out that muscle group twice a week. If you are not use to working the same muscle group twice a week then the first three weeks are the hardest to get through.
 
Just hit shoulders and back for the hypertrophy workout (2nd time hitting it this week). Realllly enjoying this setup man. Im feeling some serious gains in the future. Keep us updated with your progress! Im going to try and progress my weights for exercises linearly on the major compounds and up the pounds on the accessory work when needed
