Man I was the same. I found if I drank about 4l + of water a day just to flush my system I hardly gained any water weight. Will post my pose when I get back home.
 
My diets clean. Basically this is broken up into 4-6 meals
-2 cups oatmeal
-6 eggs with tablespoon of olive oil
-box of whole wheat pasta
2 cups spaghetti sauce
-lb of ground turkey or chicken
-banana or 2
-2-4 scoops protein

That typically gets me at 4000 cals
500 carbs
250 pro
110 fats

Sometimes my fats are a little higher and carbs a little lower

I only eat something ****ty like a wendys burger maybe once a week

Atleast a gallon of water a day
 
Lighting was different maybe thats why. Side tri the lights were overhead. Todays lights were in front of me

ok, i dont know what im doing. help me pic out the best. please. and if you notice that is a 2 inch bar that i had put in between my sholder blades, really makes squats difficult.

Ok learned this one from Fouad Abiad. Its an incline press on the smith machine its 3 sets each with 2 rest-pauses. 10 seconds each rest pause keeping the same weight on

Weights represent only the plates added up not sure of bar weight

90x10, 10, 10. Reps going lower and lower haha

Switching up my split this week, can't hit legs today. Quad is still a little sore from Mondays injection, so I am hitting arms tonight, legs tomorrow brfore my injection and shoulders ftiday
 
10 egg whites, 2 scoops of milk chocolate protein,5 slices of fat free turkey, 2 packages of instant maple oat meal.... mix and scrabble, add 15g of honey once its done and BOOM!!!! you have a pile of waffle flavored stuff. its really good, just looks like cat vomit!!!

Lol the turkey throws it off for me, like i'd rather eat it on the side.
 
when i bulk, i have to shove it in really fast, so that my body doesnt realize how much i ate. other wise i start sweating. so i just started throwing it into the mix. to be honest when im above 4000 cals, i cant taste anything.
 
i have a stupid dumb metabolism... way to fast
 
yeah i would like to get mine tested before my bulk in august. do you just get that done at the doc

Trying. Hard to hit 4000 cals for me. If I didnt track my diet and just ate when I felt like it I would be lucky to hit 2400
