Day 3 (legs / shoulders): HOLY ****...

Got like 10 hours of sleep last night, and felt lazy today, just laid around eating and whatnot before I went to the gym. Workout went as follows.

High Pull................: 95x8, 105x8, 115x8
DB Shrugs{SS}.......: 80x10, 90x10, 90x10
Squat Machine{SS} : 315x8, 315x8, 405x8
DB Front Raises ......: 27.5x8, 30x6, 30x8, 35x8
Standing Calf Raises : 225x15, 225x20
DB Shoulder Press ...: 50x8, 50x10, 55x8

Went light on legs today as hami's were still a tad sore from doing SLDL on thurs. The squat machine was one of those with the angled platform where your heels are below your toes, that has the pads on the shoulders, I did squats and standing calf raises on that. 405x8 was a piece of cake, I could have gotten 500 8 times with ease. 55 8 times is the most I've ever gotten on DB shoulder presses, granted I haven't been doing them long at all, but I was so focused today in the gym it was insane. Some little chubby nerd shoulder pressing 20s was sitting in the chair beside me just staring at me while I was doing them. I felt like a rock star. It seems that the further into the workout I get, the more intense I get, like on the second set of front DB raises I was content with 6. Then on the third set, I just started going, and ended up ripping out 8 with ease, then jumped right to the 35's and busted those bitches out, too. Attitude has definitely been tweaked, I fucking shotput my puppy through the office wall earlier for licking my calf when I was trying to eat my oatmeal... Fucking bitch. :rofl: j/k But I did kick the **** out of her. Also of note, vascularity is up, apparently strength is already up, and libido is still good, maybe up a tad, I know I'm poppin' massive boners that don't wanna go away. Sorry for being blunt, but hey, it's not like we're not talking about religion here or anything ;)Forgot to weigh today at the gym, so I'll weigh in the morning at work.

Just got in from running 1.5 miles. Ran it in about 12 minutes I would say. Kinda dissapointed in that, but it was a weird night. I finally fell asleep at about 1230 after laying in bed for about an hour, my wife can't stand to be cold so a lot of the time I lay in bed and sweat :( Woke up at 530 to piss, and never really fell back asleep for more than 10 minutes after that. Got up at 635 and went to run. When I got out of bad I had some pretty rough looking dark circles under my eyes, the worst I've had in awhile, I don't know if it was from the poor night of sleep or what exactly. The run wasn't as fast as I would have liked it to be, but I'm actually surprised I made it all without walking, judging by how I was feeling this morning after I got out of bed. Shins were hurting through most of the run, as was the lower back (NOT A PUMP, but my lower back aches quite often when I run) but that's the norm for the concrete I ran on today, so nothing unusual there.

On a plus side, I was looking a little more ripped this morning I thought when I got in. Pecs look a little more thick than usual, which is always a plus, and triceps and back were looking great this morning for some reason, so I'm not complaining there! :thumbsup: I'll be at work in about an hour so I'll weigh then..
 
Weighed in today after my sweaty run on no breakfast at a tad over 186 lbs. That's 4 lbs. I'm up in 4 days... I'll take that for the next 3.5 weeks that I'll be eating way above maintenance :thumbsup:

Awesome bro! I swear man, the bigger I get the more pumped I get about working out and stuff. Like, I have to work at Buckle tonight after I get off work here, but I'm kinda pissed because I'd much rather go lift :lol:

Especially since my next workout I'm starting a new routine, modeling it after a routine BOHICA said he has had the best results with.

I'm on day 5 of a prostanozol/max lmg stack and I have also noticed a mood brighting/focused effect. I think it is the prostanozol.
I have done a 2 week superdrol/max lmg and I didn't notice this.(I've done other cycles as well, m4ohn,4ad etc).

I thought maybe it was a placebo effect until i read your log(very good log by the way). I did cardio last night and thought about todays back workout the whole time, i went through the whole workout in my mind. By the time i got off the treadmill I had a pump in my lats and biceps.
I'm hoping it will counter some of the libidio loss from max lmg as well

Max LMG: weeks 1-8
Prostanozol: weeks 4-8

I say this because wouldn't prostanozol hinder mass gains in the beginning?

I'm the same way, I've had today's workout (Chest / Bi's) planned out and written down in my workout log for 2 days now, and I can't WAIT for 5 o'clock to hit so I can go completely apeshit on some weights in the gym! Keep that focus and intensity up man, it's impossible to not get results with attitude like that! :thumbsup:

Yeah I could have done it like that I assume, but I've got plenty of Prostanozol and I don't want to SHEER bulk, as it is summer time and I'm trying to keep the waist as small as possible. If it were winter then yes, I probably would have run it like that.

I thought Max LMG was a very solid product, but your last statement is exactly why I'll never take it again. It took my libido down, and I've still yet to really fully recover; although it has improved a little. Either way, it has been 2 weeks since the end of that cycle. I have been taking Nolva and ZMA before bed like Author recommended, however libido is still not back to full strength. Anyway, best of luck to you, and also to Magickk. Great log so far.

It was that bad, huh? How much lbm did you put on? In how long? That's exactly why I'll be finishing my "cycle" off with Prostanozol, like he said, I'm hoping to counter that pretty effectively...

I used it to cut with, so I was impressed with the 7lbs I put on, and the 5% b.f. I lost in the 8 week cycle. I thought those were pretty good results, but keep in mind, I busted my rear end in the gym, with my diet, and with cardio. I was under my cal maintaince by 300-600 cals (it varied), but I would do cardio 5-6 times a week. I love your dedication and I expect great things from your log. Good luck!
 
Me too. Great results on my cutter with Ergomax/Max LMG but I got some gyno from the Ergomax and my libido was absolutly dead (I assume from the Max as it was throught ht eroof when I ran Ergo alone).

Nice! And thanks! Do you have a log somewhere? I was just trying to do the math and see what your starting weight was, and maybe apply your results to me, so they'd be easy to relate to...

Like if I were 182 @ 12% that'd mean I had 21.84 lbs. of fat, with the results you had I'd end at 189 lbs (gaining 7 lbs.) and at 7% (dropping 5% bodyfat), which would give me 13.23 lbs. of bodyfat; which would mean I netted 15.5 pounds of lean body mass...

That's fucking amazing... And doing nothing but cardio? Did your legs get HUUUUUGE or what bro?! :lol:

I'll admit, that just got me FUCKING JACKED!!! I got an hour and a half til I hit the gym, some oatmeal to eat, and then goddamnit IT'S ON!

Sorry, I did not keep a log, but my starting weight was 179 lbs, and my ending weight was of course, 186 lbs. I am 5' 8" in height, just to give you an idea. I was not as lean as you were to start off with, so I had a lot more b.f. to lose than you. My b.f. at the beginning was 21%, and I finished at just a little over 16%. From all that cardio my calves did get pretty cut up.lol.

Straight Bar Wrist Curls was my first exercise to warmup the tendons in my forearms, and sure enough I noticed less pain this workout than before... Thanks to not_big_enuff for suggesting those.

Vascularity today was ridiculous, while doing Hammer curls I noticed ANOTHER vein beside the big one coming down my bicep, it looked fucking sick, and the veins in my delts were popping out more than usual also. Felt pretty strong today, had a real nice pump in my chest from the workout, and I must say I really like doing chest / bis on the same day, mad props to BOHICA for posting this particular routine. :thumbsup:
Weighed in at, what do you know, 184 before I left the gym today :think: 4 lbs. in 4 days then plateau? :lol: But I'm not too worried, although my first impression is that perhaps this stack may be better suited for a cutter. Still got plenty of time to go, so we'll see in the end!

I wouldn't be to hard on max lmg just yet. There aren't that many legal supplements that work now days(and this works). The loss of libido can alway be countered with 4ad or testosterone if you have access to it(this isn't legal for there battle of the boards contest though). At least I read it will counter it in some other post's in this forum.

It would be nice if ALRI comes out with a 4ad replacement type product if thats even remotely possible. HMgears testriol was very nice(as far as libido issues and no bloat).

Magickk....Great Log bro....I'm so pumped you are doing this cause within the next two weeks I'll be starting my cycle which is just about the same thing!!!

Max LMG: Weeks 1-6 75mg per day
ProStanzonol: Weeks 1-3 and 6-8 75mg per day
SuperDrol: Weeks 6-8 start at 10mg per day and go from there.
PCT: UH Weeks 9-12

I read your thread about this before and that's what made me change from just a straight up SuperDrol cycle. I think I may do a SD cycle only first, then PCT then do the above cycle. Keep us posted, as I am salivating to get my PH's in the mailbox!!!
 
I am wondering if the Max LMG issues I keep reading about would be circumvented by using Dostinex two times a week. Being a 19-nor with potential progestin activity this would seem to make sense. I wish someone wiht the libido issues had post cycle bllod work to show cause rather than speculate
 
Tried it while on my Ergomax/Max LMG cycle and not only did my gyno from the Ergo (I know very rare see the other thread) continue my libido did not improve.

Patrick arnold is saying it's a 19-nor type of thing not me. I frankly wouldn't know but the word 'deca dick' pops into my mind when I read these logs about libido loss. Some people report increased libidio on it so it's confusing. My joints feel damn good also. I'm a prisoner to what i read so take this all with a grain of salt

Deca dick is most likely caused by it's binding to the progesterone receptors. When bound to the PR's, the body sees it as progesterone, which is a strong inhibitor of the HPTA and therefore test production.

Yeah, that article states it's estrogenic side effects are virtually non-existent. So this means it's safe, but will shrink your nuts and kill your libido. And I'd think this would be better for a bulk, unless Auther has virtually eliminated whatever causes the the water-holding (like deca) and bloating from this compound. Which I would think he has done since most ALRI input has said it stacks equally well as a bulker or cutter. Which would make it feasible to stack with prostan.

IMO it would be pretty hard to argue deca (19-nor is the active substance in this steroid) as a good choice for a cutter...

I used topical 19-nor at 400mg ED for two and a half weeks. I noticed quite a bit of water retention while on it and would not suggest using it for cutting cycle.

LOL...the trainer who measured you at 20% and didn't say "WTF, am I doing something wrong?" should not be allowed within 20 feet of the calipers. You're about 11-12% I'd say...would say lower, but at 182 your mass is still relatively low, therefore increasing the BF to LBM ratio. Either way, the actual "fat layer" is really thin, and looks great.

Maybe I will once I get my ergomax from the "last batch". I might run it solo or with some prostanozol, we'll see. I may do it late july. Taking a break now to let my body recuperate, also going to cali tomorrow :thumbsup: and taking a week off from training (I really need it) then I'll be fresh to hit it up big time. 200lbs here I come :box:
