there are so guys here that are in such great shape but yet in everyday life, a nice muscular physique is nearly impossible to encounter. i never appreciated the hard work that goes into everything that you all do until my own boyfriend started doing body building. great job, if only i had one ounce of the determination and will you all have....
 
Thank you. I just hope I can remained determined through the rest of my life with starting a family and all and the Navy of course

Gawddamnit I hate hippies who won't tell parents to take some gawddamn responsibility for their kids and blame everything on TV and the outside world :rant:

Cookie monster was my inspiration as a child, what do they mean kids will grow up eating bad b/c of him! Look at me.....wait a minute :think: ........... uh oh! :eek:

I am usually a pretty self-conscious guy and am somewhat phobic about my physical shortcomings. I am 40 and in pretty decent shape. I spent a 5 day weekend with my family at a spa resort here in AZ. What a boost to my ego. Both my teen son and daughter pointed out to me all the women (MILF's/soccer mom's) checking me out. Their husbands were rather un-fit...to put it nicely. I began to feel a little bad for the other husbands...not :hammer: I have invested a lot into my 'lifestyle' while they invested in the implants and lipo of their wifes and their careers.

But I'll be honest...I would not mind having the career $ucce$$ some of those middle aged obese future heart attack victim guys have. ;)

I don't even waste my time. I just lie about how I look and post up photos of other people saying it's me. That way I don't have to watch what I eat or bust my ass in the gym. ;)
