I got this in hopes to sleep better/deeper but I can’t sleep and even if I do fall asleep I can’t stay asleep when I take it.

I don’t why, should I just throw it away or can I use it in another way?

Take it earlier than you do maybe. Do you eat anything? Sometimes a nice long digesting protein helps.

Casein.
Vegetarian: Pea based then.

You need to relax before sleep. Just give it more time. I start my process earlier. Sleep like I’m dead. Wife has to check if I’m breathing sometimes. Lol.

I tried both with and without food, I’ve taken it earlier during the evening but still hard to fall asleep and if I do fall asleep I wake up, it’s annoying.

Unfortunately I think this is just not for me :(

The ingredient profile looks pretty good too. (I'll revisit it.)
Is this the label?

I know I've just been so glowing on my rec for Fade Out from RedCon 1
but that is a solid dosed product. See below label.

If that doesn't make you relaxed enough to stay asleep, you may need
to see a specialist. This stuff is potent.

Yes, that’s the label. I sleep pretty well with ZMA and Melatonin alone and thought that if I added this I would sleep even better, but no, fvcking impossible to sleep! I stick with my original stuff I guess, thanks for helping.

I'd probably stick with the ZMA and melatonin then and add in non-supplement ideas like breathing techniques or guided meditation. Everybody is different and less is more when it comes to sleep, so not surprising that you have the reaction that you did.

I don't like Valerian for sleep. Melatonin is fine, diphenhydramine even better if i really need it (airplanes).

Truthfully for me Melatonin knocks me out but i'm weak when it comes to sleep aides.

The NOW product is low on GABA in my opinion, the others are workable.
Buy the inexpensive NOW GABA powder and add that in slowly, 1/4 tsp more each night. There was a post on the forum previously looking at "powdered sleep aids" and good info regarding GABA and other aids is in that post. A 300+ serving bottle @ 1/4tsp is < $15 (more equal to 60-90 servings at the doses I prefer).
In my limited experience, the list of sleep aids in your NOW product have products that work independently of the others and not synergistically/additive. For that reason, I would feel safe in adding more GABA to it.
I am also on the more frugal side and prefer to tailor any treatment using individual components instead of an all-in-one capsule where I pay for convenience. In the scenario I mention, you can alter the content of your all-in-one with one component that may work and cost less than $15 to test. It may replace it.
Valerian root relaxed me, but did not induce sleep. I have not used Hops or Passionflower.

I'm an insomniac and have taken almost every sleep supp there is and MFIT SUPPS CBSleep has been the best so far. This is actually my first experience with CBD so maybe my system is sensitive to it as I've only been on it for a week. Try it out and see how it works for you.
