Issues that may be related to Low Testosterone?

Hello. From a few years I feel like ****. I had a very stressful job at that time and since then everything in my body got messed up. In sum - a lot of the time now I feel with low energy, tired, agitated, nervous and stressed without outside stimulus and some time I have trouble thinking - the so called brain fog. And this is bad for me cause Im a programmer.

Recently I run a series of blood tests and my free testosterone is slightly above the bottle limit. The morning cortisol is very high but it drops later. One endocrinologist I’ve been to suspects I have a small insulin resistance. I’m bit overweight - 103kg and 1.85m. Although I have some muscle, cause I’ve been training a bit before all the **** few years ago, I need to get in shape. Since beginning of march I’ve started working out again and have some results, but very small so far. I raised a lot the physical activity and put some order in my diet, but Its very hard for me to loose weight.

Also I’ve started adding weigh isolate to my diet and here is one strange thing - I feel very bad after drinking protein. All of the bad symptoms I mentioned before excel a lot. I found a way to drink one dose per day - by taking enzymes, but if I take two dozes with double enzymes again feel like ****. And Id like to increase my protein isolate intake, because it is little calories and satisfies my hunger, also I have more power in the gym after drinking it(not imagining this ****).

Do you think all of this can be connected to the low testosterone? I would consider all means to fix this as long as it is healthy and safe.

P.S. I'm looking for a way to attach the blood works, the system does not allow me link. I can copy the table, but the post will become extremely big.

How much sleep do you get? How much water do you drink a day? Do you take any prescription drugs? How many minutes of exercise do you get in a day?

And how old are you? These symptoms are likely reversible, you just have to get in shape.

My body doesn’t tolerate certain protein companies. Definitely don’t buy any cheap crap. I got some cheap protein powder at ALDI once and it tore me up.

If switching protein companies doesn’t help then just don’t drink it. You could eat real food that is high in protein and low in calories. A bag of beef jerky or a can of tuna fish are two examples of this.

I get an average of around 7 hours sleep a day. Train 3 times a week around one hour intensively with weights. It is interesting one year ago when I was not training my testosterone was higher.

I'm 29.

There’s a fine line between going hard enough and going too hard. Are your recovery days grueling? If they are then turn the intensity down a notch. Once you get the intensity down, increase the frequency. Four days a week should be your minimum now. Five days would be good. Your goal is to lose weight mostly, right? And you just generally want to feel better. So keep it moving. Any physical activity is technically exercise. Hit the weights three times a week, do some form of cardio at least once, and then add something else like a calisthenics day or a yoga day. Just consistently burn calories. You should be capable of this regimen if your not killing yourself in the gym.
