It's one of the better priced MRP's out there. It's applications really depends on your goals. For instance, if your primary goal was bulking, it would make a poor PWO drink, as the carbs are too low. IF you don't mind a little work, and like the idea of having more control over the ratios in your replacements, pick up a tub of oats, waxy maize starch, and your protein of choice, (unflavored preferably,) you'll have more options, and it comes out to be less expensive in the long run.
