I'm in search of a topical aromatase inhibitor or DHT derivative. I've got some gyno and moobs I need to try to get back in control since being on trt. I take an AI and estro is in range but last year was managed crappy and aggravated existing gyno. If you have or know of someone who has something please direct them my way...
