Is tren really worth it?

So I wanted everyone's honest opinion on tren. I'm either going to run test cyp alone @ 500mg/week or with tren ace @ 300mg/week. My buddy just got done doing the exact same cycle and said it's not what he expected. He was looking to "lean bulk", but he didn't exactly have a strict diet. He got a decent amount of calories, mostly decent but did slip a bit here and there with the casual burger and fries/pizza. He said he gained about 18lbs but was expecting to get a lot more defined due to the tren. He said he in his opinion he probably could have got near the same results if he just ran the test. My question is tren really worth it to run, especially with all the sides it's claimed to have? I understand it's one of the harshest compounds and I am a little prone to hairloss so this scares me a bit. I was planning on having a decent diet throughout, with the occasional few cheat meals a week.
 
IMO if you're looking to lean bulk like your buddy was hoping for dump the tren and kickstart with epi. You could replace with Deca also. Tren will work, but if you're worried about the sides, why bother with it? With a clean diet, you could "lean bulk" with just the test as well. All depends on what kind of diet and calories you're looking at.
 
Mild pH kick starts are worthless IMO, it is called "kick start" after all so its done with SD, Dbols, A bombs or perhaps a faster ester Test (to name a few)
 
First thing tren is the most awesome injectable every invented. If your buddy didn't feel that way then he may have had bunk tren. Did he incur any tren sides? How was the strength gains? Tren does indeed melt fat off your body so if he didn't have any leaning effect then his diet must have been complete **** or only the test was real.
My guess is your buddy had garbage tren if it was real at all, and wasn't ready to be using tren in the first place considering his inconsistencies in diet and most likely training.

Agree with this. I'm guessing the guy's diet was way off point - not just dirty, but macros but were probably not where they should have been - and training was probably not ideal, either.
 
Tren is fantastic. If he didn't get the desires results it wasn't the teens fault. It was either bunk or his diet / training would be off. Even with the latter he still would have had some decent results.

It is great to some, others cant handle it. This summer I will find out if I can or not.
 
My first post. Started my tren ace 50mg ed, test prop 50mg ed last night. Second pin today. Plan running 7 weeks tren 10-12 weeks prop so will let you know if I think its worth in a few months:)

You won't need a few months lol. That **** will hit you hard in about a week and really get rolling after about 2 weeks.
 
Thanks for all the input guys! I wouldn't doubt his diet was a little off to be honest. But I've also heard that you can eat somewhat dirty (and I stress somewhat) and still get pretty lean results due to tren's feed efficiency.. Correct? I really want to try it but I'm just paranoid about the sides, so I guess if I'm even hesitating it I probably shouldn't commit haha. So roughly how much of a difference as far as leaning out would one see with test/tren vs test alone? (Same diet and training)

The leaning effect is incredible that's why I said his diet was waaaay off or he had bunk tren. Tren and low dose test is great for leaning out. Test alone isn't great for cutting. The sides aren't what people make them out to be for most. As long as you keep the test dose lower then tren and control estrogen and prolactin you will be fine. I stress keeping the test dose lower because all the excess estrogen is what makes the tren sides worse.
